Always enjoy your vids. Thank you. Thumbs up 👍 My brother in law and fam live in Wildomar. We’re still looking between there in Temecula and Eastvale. Yes you’re right it will be our second home. Will be renting out our townhouse. 😊
Nice! Temecula is a really nice place for sure. Very similar to Eastvale, just less expensive. Of course, further south as well which can be a positive or negative depending on what you are looking for! Feel free to reach if I can do anything to help!
I scrolled for some visuals, there are none. I didn't want to listen to this guy, scrolled through comments, which can be a good way to learn about the video's content without having to withstand the bluster and irrelevant drivel.
Even though Temecula CA is in a blue state but Temecula was ranked one of the top ten most conservative cities in California sales tax isn't bad here a lot less and lower sales tax in California compared to other cities in California sales tax in California here is pretty adorable sales tax here in Temecula CA for example sales tax in Temecula CA and Murrieta CA is 8 dollars and 75 cents in Stockton CA it's 9 dollars
Temecula was known as Rancho California and owned by Kasier Steel. As for jobs, there's Pachanga Casino! I worked construction there during the expansion. Never saw any Indians working just a lot of Mexicans!
Indian are Mexican dude, they call them Indian because the US government created a political border from Mexico and US, Navajo are Mexican with the Indian name ( one example)
@@g.b.5206 Most but not all Mexicans are Mestizo or mixed race like me! My grandfather was indian. The only indians I saw working at Pachanga was the trible police.
Native San Diegan here and after 25 years I still very much DISLIKE the weather in MENIFEE, CA. Temecula/Murrieta are the neighboring Cities… Traffic is horrible. 30/45 to go to grocery stores, NO Jobs besides restaurants 🤐, NO SIDEWALKS for kids to walk home from schools, Dangerous Roads, NO SCHOOL BUSES, NO Resources for SINGLE struggling families, People are way too busy to Smile back back at you, EXPENSIVE, ALL CITY & COUNTY JOBS ARE TAKEN HARD TO GET - “WHITE PPL” limited positions for US. Should I Continue? Just keeping it 💯
I have other videos about this, but feel free to call/text/email me and I can go over more specifics for you. Technically those bonds are eventually paid off, typically 25-30 years
It usually happens when people are living in an area where the school district isn't part of the local school district of the city they're in. I live in a city where my neighborhood is part of one city but the school district is part of another school district of the neighboring city. Hence the Mello Roos.
@@Rhaspun In this area it's common when a tract home builder builds the community and has to build city streets, sewer, parks, sidewalks, fire stations, etc.
Why dont they make more affordable homes in the area given that we have a housing crises? Most all homes now are 2 story and over 600,000+. OR why not make mega multistory apartment complexes instead? Its like developers just dont give a sht. PLUS why do all houses look the same? Its like house builders have no clue on how to be creative or be original. Southern California has got to be the most boring looking place in America.
With all the regulations in California, it's extremely difficult for builders to make a profit building a small house that would not cost as much. Much more profit in the larger houses, and they are able to sell them.

Theyre helping you so be nice
I appreciate your honesty.
There are pros and cons to everything!
Thank you for the great advice. I think you did us a great service.
Glad it helped!
We lived in San Diego and visit family in Temecula/Murietta area. The traffic is HORRIBLE!
There's a lot of traffic but not near as bad as a busy city like San Diego, LA, or Orange County.
Traffic is horrible everywhere
@@PremiumUserUltra Yes it is!
@@livingintemeculacalifornia hope you're doing well!
All you have to say is the 15 frwy always has traffic. They keep building houses, but no new frwys or roads
They are doing an expansion of the 12/215 interchange that should help a lot but no new freeways are planned.

Over 2 minutes in, still blabbering on without getting to the "5 facts." I'm out.

This area is much more affordable that San Diego but there are pros and cons to everything
Please address new home Mello Roos or bonds. I hear they never end, new construction sellers won't discuss them. This is a major expense.

The reason to live in California and not in Texas or Florida is to not live in Texas or Florida.

Temecula’s tax is higher
It depends on the neighborhood, some are higher tax and some are lower tax
