Catholic Priest Vocation Story (How I Became a Priest)

As I celebrate my ordination anniversary on July 13, here is part of the story of how I became a priest for the Roman Catholic Church.
My process of discerning the priesthood was a winding one, involving fear, learning, engineering and computer science, and finally hearing God's call and jumping in.
And my story also involves pig ears. For real.

Wow Father, what a beautiful story. Yes, the Gospel is my story too. Family man hear, married with a career. Yeah, still working on my relationship with Jesus. My, how messed up the world is. However, the Gospel is my path which leads me into salvation. When I watch the news, it’s so discouraging. However, when I read the Gospel, it’s so encouraging and gives me hope. Yes, Father, He is my rock too. How the world needs Jesus. How important your job is . U tube is a wonderful evangelization tool to share the love of the gospel.Blessing to all who read these words.
