Perfect Moroccan Fish Tajine 🇲🇦 PROFESSIONAL CHEF LESSON ON THE BEACH!

- Mor Acro’s quest into Moroccan cuisine furthers today with the help of a professional chef from Marrakech. Fish tagine is popular in the souss region of Morocco, but it always mystified Mor Acro. Agadir natives would smell this fish tajine and get excited. Ingredients include preserved lemons, green olives, ginger, tuneric, cumin, cilantro, tomato, green pepper, potato, and the almighty onion.
It was the perfect day in Aourir to visit Tarik fish and local shops for the necessary ingredients. It was a pleasure shopping and speaking darija and teshlahit with the locals in this Moroccan village of Aourir.
Amanda brought her passion for fresh food, nature, and Morocco to the beach for a memorable lesson in traditional Moroccan cooking. It was great to cook tajine over charcoal with fun energy. With enough time with Amanda, Mor Acro may even be able to rival bohemian kitchen!

@@MorAcro muy buen video, sólo que hay algunas cositas de mejorar. 1 la merluza es para freír no para el tagin, porque no es un pez graso. 2 el charmola va con paprika en polvo, no gingibre. 3 la cebolla no va con un tagin de pescado, el ajo si. Yo soy del norte y es nuestra especialidad. El pescado. Saludos desde Tánger. Siempre mor acro.

I worked for Air New Zealand in LA and kiwis are by far the nicest westerners out there. Very down to earth and chil folks. As a moroccan I considered moving to New Zealand at one point from the US. But morocco came calling again nothing like home.
