    8:25 hahahahaha that bread is called "Msemen", it may also be called "Rghayf" it's a traditional Moroccan bread that's eaten on breakfast or as a snack, you can find it all across the country and sometimes it comes stuffed with fat and spices with an orange look to it, you should definitely try it, as for that white plain one i recommend ordering it with some toppings like nutella or cheese, btw that bread is also used to make another traditional dish called "Rafisa", enjoy guys❤
    17:00 what also makes that mosque special is because it was entirely built by the Moroccan people themselves, every household in the whole country donated a portion of money used to build this magnificent place of worship, so Moroccans consider it their own❤

    the hustle is mainly in Marrakech and Fez, so be careful of that when you go there and be strict with the hustlers. One great tip would be to avoid eye contact and conversing with them. The moment they come to you and you're not interested say no and leave, if you do that they will stop. Hope you enjoy your stay!

    While ur here, consider visiting the Atlas mountains, Ifrane Azrou Immouzzer espacially, the van parks around here are some of the best and it's snow season, so you will see another side of Morocco.

    Rancid butter that they use in Morocco, was also used in Portugal and spain (not much anymore I guess), it's made with the same bacteries that make Bleu cheese, so they have similar tastes, I know moroccans here in Europe that cook with bleu cheese, so a little hack

    • @TheWholeWorldorNothing
      @TheWholeWorldorNothing  2 года назад +1

      Ah that explains it! We absolutely love blue cheese so that’s probably why we enjoyed that flavour so much 😀 Thanks for telling us that, really interesting to know.
