@@arkaprabhamondal4441 We have done mistakes brother. I too have knowledge about safety now. Back in 2018 my family bought a wagon r. I know it's unsafe but we have to use it. Our next car will not be unsafe.
And I would go for Verna because of service network, lower maintenance comparatively, and higher resale value. In terms of safety, Virtus is much better but then all these testing date done at 60-70 kmph speed so it’s not much relevant when u drive at higher speed, still virtus will do better for sure. But then overall, Verna is a better package considering all other aspects too.
This was a real comparison, all other yt channels were subjective towards virtus mostly

My friend got fuel economy of more than 25kmpl in Virtus on Highway at speed of 65-70 kmph, because 2 cylinder activation technology.
Verna gives 22kmpl at 100kmhr. 🤷🏻♂️ Highway speed is 100 not 65
They also have window deactivation and AC deactivation as a feature , Virtus will you remind of 1984 of India

You have put the gearbox into manual while driving the virtus and you are saying it shifts slow. Obviously in manual it holds on to the gear and doesn't give a quick upshift. In drive mode you will she it's smooth and faster shifts. Please don't mislead your viewers.

I agree on everything he said...except about the dsg...yes it has a jerk in first two gears...but it's way faster than the dct on the verna...it's response is quicker those who have driven both knows it...Also shifting with the paddle shifters is way quicker in DSG. Anyway I love both the cars they are great❤️

One of the main reason to consider virtus is hyundai is korean company . Recently I had heard about the homigenous society of korea . They don't buy products of foreign companies and this is the main reason behind the downfall of Mahindra Ssanyong in korean market .

Looking at this specific frame 4:10 makes me think this is a Vw biased review/ vw sponsored review.
The pain of owning a Verna comes from it's Suspension setup visa vis ground clearance. Fluidic Verna was the worst car to pack with full load and take to a trip. You are certain to scrape the belly multiple times. I would take the vw anyday.
Well I recently did a road trip with my family. From Prayagraj to Bengaluru and back. 4600Kms different terrains, 4 people, full luggage and guess what? I didn't scrape my car anywhere.
I have a Stage 1 Tuned Verna 1.6D. I've done road trips to Nepal and 10+ states of India till now. Bought my car in 2020, Didn't drive in 2020 for obvious reasons and in 2 years of usage I've driven 83k kms. Never regret my decision to get this car. Only done normal services and I love my car even more every time I look at it or drive it.
The ground clearance is 170m for new Verna, even more than i10. Driven fully loaded with luggage for months and havent scraped a single time, despite drive to mountain areas and villages. Dont make up fantasies without actually driving.
Dont forget vernas engine is also more reliable and easy to maintain
Verna has better engine, relatively more reliable double clutch transmission, 5 star Global NCAP rating, heated and ventilated seated, higher quality plastic/soft touch materials, variable ambient lights, better sound system, better boot space, disc breaks for all wheels, ADAS level 2 and priced even less than virus + Slavia. If you can ignore or change the front bumper it straight away looks like a 2024 Hyundai Sonata. Also finally hyundai has much better service after sales compared to horror experiences and costing of VW & Skoda. Any logical person would rate Verna at the top or maybe realise the extra cost VW/SKODA is charging. No doubt Virtus/Slavia DSG are more fun to drive, but I think it's a give or take for everything in life 😂

Very simple, Verna has more horsepower… so definitely its gonna be the Verna. Plus the Virtus doesn’t go beyond 205 kmph

What ever features you offer ,if your cars safety rating is not up mark and the steering feedback is not impressive.then you are sitting in a unsafe car.i would always choose safest car with 5 star safety rating for adult and child especially when your car has high power to weight ratio.

If you say DSG is "far more better" whatever that is, it means you havent driven both. Actually dct of Verna is smoother than DSG, they have beaten VW in their own game this time. BDW, in potential Virtus is restricted at 205kmhr but Verna isnt, It can go upto 210 easily

Even the 1.0 Tsi has more potential than Hyundai’s engines. Most companies claim their power output at the crank, not at wheels. VW doesn’t show originally power figures. In dyno test VW cars show more power output. VW engines perform at just 40% of their full potential. And better build and structural integrity makes a car safer than having ADAS.
