I can't believe no one has ever thought of making an ice anchor like this, hollow core which displaces less material and goes in smoother & easier than normal anchors. Sweet. I bought some at the show and will be using this year on the ice. What are your thoughts on them or the drill case? (sweet, but not my style)
If you want to check any of their stuff out, they also make the Blue Tipz that I love:

They are basically like ice anchors ice climbers use very similar. I just been using the anchors ice climbers use for a while. Go in by hand super easy

When the wind is giving your hub free shipping to Kansas, you will be glad you spent the $15 to pin it down!

would love em but $15 an anchor seems crazy when I need 12 to fully bolt down my tent lol

Never in my life had an issue with the original D ring anchors. Sounds like another solution to a problem that doesnt exist. Not to mention another box with extra material. My anchors go straigjt into my tackle box with the drill bit to put them in.

You would think they would make anchors like 20” for deep snow

Well, they figured the average fisherman is willing to drop thousands on a sonar. Why not pay $15 a screw. 😂

I know this isnt an auger video, but it's your latest video. Do you think the 24v Strikemaster is worth it right now?

If it's still in sale for 279$ definitely.... You can't buy a strong enough drill batteries and a auger bit for that price or even close really your gonna be at 350-400$. Now if you already have a drill that's powerful enough then not really.

$150 for a drill case is a bit much. The heat pack is optional which to me would make it a little more understandable if it was included. Maybe I’m looking too much into it, because I don’t need it 😂

It’s on sale with the heat pack for $135 now on the website

Cool product but ridiculous price. Just drill the normal ones in like everyone else. Takes a couple seconds to change out my auger bit to my tent stake bit.
