nice vid - we are in the new Hilton Gardens right now, watched a big stack train, empty unit oil and a mixed manifest go by earlier right there. Gorgeous day.

    Hi Kevin.
Another great video, shot from the AMTK station. Besides the train action, I'm liking the views of the background...buildings, Stevens St. bridge (I think) and the mountains in the distance. All this detail of the area will really help me in my modelling efforts.
I'm wondering if the local switcher is pulling cars from the CSCD interchange, perhaps heading for Appleyard?
BTW, do you have any footage of Quincy, WA?
    Best regards,
    Jim Q.

Thanks for the kind words Jim. I often start out a day trackside downtown to get a feel for whats going on trainwise (plus the scanner of course). I had plans going elsewhere after this stop but after 3 hours I had my video. As for the bridge it's called the Senator George Sellar Memorial bridge. Yes, the switcher was bringing down that lone tank car off the WO branch and adding it in to what was brought down by CSCD earlier in the week. Its destination was Appleyard. As for Quincy I have a few videos that show a few glimpses but nothing in too much detail. I may have to do that in the future. 😊

Thats funny. They broke for lunch after coming off the WO and parking the engine before the stack train showed up. They walked right past me and I said "good morning". They did smile and reply in kind. 😊
