PHEW, what an undertaking this series was... I really hope you guys enjoy the final episode and found entertainment in the miniseries as a whole. In my book you absolutely completed the challenge. I could understand saying it was a failure if you had the golden armor on before being sent into the boss fight, but you were definitely properly equipped beforehand! I would have been seething mad when I realized that the game screwed me over for a visual story aspect that you barely even see b/c of player POV. If this was multiplayer the aggro could have been shared to get everyone properly re-equipped. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and will definitely be re-watching it movie style now!
Thanks Shezz, I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt this way. It was a pretty devastating blow when it happened because I was 25+ hours deep at that point, but like I said in the video I felt that I had been slighted victory and have no regrets continuing on. I appreciate all of the support you've shown the series and hopefully it holds up movie style if you re-watch it :)
Thank you for finishing the series, definitely the best on RUclips of "Sons of the Forest", just like the incomplete one of the first game, it is a shame that the algorithm doesn't give you the attention you deserve but the videos and the quality are there, just a video goes viral I know subscriptions will blow, keep up the good work Bunneh!
You're welcome and thank you for the kind comment :) My goal anytime I start a mini-series or LP is to see it through to the end, but sometimes it doesn't work out the way I intended (the first The Forest LP for instance). That's why I structured this one differently and made sure I had completed the game before even starting the editing process. As for the Algorithm, I've come to the solid conclusion that RUclips hates me LOL - believe me I've tried ever pro-tip, guru article suggestion and all of the insider suggestions I came across, but RUclips just really doesn't recommend my videos all that often.
