You demonstrate the use of the tilt-shift lens (2:32), but the resulting image looks unnatural.
The building looks like it's getting wider with height.
Converging verticals is a natural component of perspective.
Of course, some lenses exaggerate the convergence, but no lens should completely eliminate it.
