- Although a fairly young prison compared to others, Ashwell Prison has still gained a reputation for being haunted. Kag and I decided to find out for ourselves. What we found was extremely noisy and had us on edge a lot of the time. But could it all be paranormal...

I personally loved the singing! I think it should happen more often! Because if you think about it, they probably havent heard singing in a long time. As well as music. And if I wasnt sitting, I would have been rolling on the floor of laughter when Kag introduced herself as Allison lol I enjoy the fun you both have while investigating and that its not all serious and demanding.
We like to sing (whether people want us to or not lol), so thank you for the kind words. I think music is universal, and music does have a vibration all of its own. I always like to see if it makes a difference to the investigation. We can't offer them much, but hopefully, this is something they can appreciate. Thank you for watching x

Kags vigil was good, perhaps the spirit did step away from the music box but was still in front....didnt realise it would stop if he stepped to the side, and his mates were teasing him, saying "quick shes coming to smack your legs!".
Hahah Kag does sound very formidable when she goes into teacher/mum mode 😂

Of all the paranormal investigations I watch, the prison ones creep me out the most. Years ago, I did work experience in Pentonville prison, London, and I was so scared, although that was more due to the living prisoners than anything paranormal haha!

I’m thinking there must have been people around outdoors because I could also hear voices in the background at 30:04 as well. And when the EDI is going off there are voices then too
32:47, a male voice says “Stuart” just before Kag also says the name “Stuart”.
Thanks for tagging again ❤ I have looked at the 20:17 but can't hear any voices? My ears are old though lol. When the EDI is going off, the voices being heard I think they are the ones coming from the headphones, which are being picked up on Kag's microphone, so that would explain the second one. There shouldn't have been anybody near the building, though. Ashwell consists of several buildings in a big compound surrounded by gates and razor wire fencing, plus there are exercise areas around it. Justin was in the admin building outside the compound at the time, painting little models, which is where I found him when I went to fetch him to do that interview. We were the only ones on-site at the time so very strange. 🤷♀.
@@haunted-horizons yeah, I wondered if the voice that said “Stuart” was being picked up from the headphones.
Also, I put in the wrong timestamp- 30:04 is around where I could hear faint voices in the background. It is not long before the grunt sound that was heard.
(My job involves me working with audio, so my hearing is pretty sharp.)

You definitely don't want to look rude at a wedding lol. I had forgotten about the grunt until I was listening back... it gave me the chills second time too!
Just after the 40 minute mark it said, I did it then it said it broke. Maybe they were trying to tell you they turned on the music box but it didn't stop when they stepped away... I think they were trying to apologize thinking they broke it.
Oh I never thought of that. Maybe they did and didn't understand how to stop it again. That would certainly be cool if it was this. Thank you for watching xx
