The bells on the door are known as witch bells. Usually in 3s or 5. As they tinkle its said they ward off bad energy or negativity entering.
Oooer, I hadn't come across them before. We found them in several places while in the U.S.A. I assumed they were for just alerting if the handles moved. Thank you for filling us in x

Unbelievably, I ended up spending 9 hours overnight in the Monroe House alone. My investigator friend had to back out so I went alone. Scariest shit I've ever done. Completely unnerving.

It is fine when you have your friend there, but I can only imagine how I would have been a lot more nervous had I ended up on my own. I have just done 4 lone vigils in U.K. and two are those were as unnerving as it gets, so feel your pain lol.

Ahhh yes I hear what you mean. The reason I ignored in editing, was because I wasn't sure it wasn't me breathing on the microphone. My head is turned to the side and close to it. Weird double breathe if it was, but I couldn't discount it as being me :(

Watch from 1:09:10 after Alison said "danger to you", there was a triple flash of a tiny light in the bottom right corner of the binbag covered window by her...could have been a car passing outside through a tiny gap, but it would have been 3 cars nose to tail it was so quick. Brilliant video and investigation....especially the crawlspace palaver. 🙂
It is funny you mention that. I did see it, and I did originally leave it in (enlarging etc), but then I couldn't prove it wasn't a car or light as it was positioned right in the danger zone of being outside. I thought I would leave and see what others thought if they saw it.

Oops I thought I had taken that SEER image out lol. Yes, despite the responses... we both slept soundly for the 2 hrs we saw the bed lol. However, by that time we were exhausted, so it was a case of 'good luck' to anything that tried to disturb us lol

Years ago, I had the strangest thing happen; probably 5 or 6 different times, when I would get in the shower, a penny would fall from me. It made no sense, I have never been one to carry coins on me. I still cannot explain it to this day. There is some lore about that particular occurrence but I do not remember what the stories say. Really odd. Very nice video, ladies, I enjoyed it very much! Wish we would have gotten to see the bells ring! :)
That is awesome and reminds me of a personal experience I had. Heading to the U.K. last year to see my sick mum, a coin fell on to the carpet in our lounge. It was an English penny. We are Australia, we don't deal with English currency here. I had forgotten all about it until you mentioned this. I will now have to look in to it more lol. Oh gosh I so wished I had got that on video! It was very distinct, and frustratingly didn't do it again :(

Great to hear that you both slept soundly. And we have to point out that 'Amazing Grace' is not a 'religious song'...it is a SPIRITUAL song. It's a song that anyone, in any belief system ( or not 😁😁) can relate to! ❤❤

@@haunted-horizons Thank you BOTH! This one was a joy to listen to (headphones mandatory!), from beginning to end! As the 'Other Side' runs at a higher vibrational rate, many of the responses needed to be slooooowed way the heck down, in order to clearly hear each word, syllable-by-syllable. WORTH IT.
My 'clair' gifts run the gamut of all six, with claircognizance being Number 1. It seems that Alison's special 'clair' is clairsentience: the psychic ability to 'feel' a situation, person, environment. She really goes to town in this episode--and her perceptions enhance the sound and vision you capture on your investigations.

At 38:40, the "hum" sounded to me like a passenger jet flying overhead, lowering it's speed. I live under the path of a local aiport (Boeing/Payne Field, in WA State, USA) and I hear this exact sound daily. Sometimes you can even hear when the flaps are deployed, slowing the plane's speed even further.
I can't discount it, although we don't remember hearing any planes going over Hartford City. I don't discount as we definitely had that at Waverly Hills when we went there. Thank you for the suggestion ❤️😊

I couldn't agree more; I am as passionate about history as I am the paranormal. Most of our episodes will have around 20 mins of history at the beginning, sadly with this one we didn't have anybody to take us around. I'm a skeptic personally, but this one was interesting-I trust you ladies enough to believe you about the coins and the bells on the door, paranormal or not, and the apparent persistence of the gentlemen and the lady in the Estes, and some of their supposed answers, were curious. Nice investigating! I take it nothing significant happened after you ladies retired for the night, and that the spirits were all bark and no bite?
Definitely all bark lol. We slept soundly for the couple of hours we had left! Love scepticism, everybody should be sceptical as it isn't a bad word. I have that side too, and I like to think that it counter balances the believer in me and hopefully, keeps me rational. Thank you for watching us and having that trust ❤️

We did, but for us it was very quiet and we got nothing. We were sitting doing the ouija board for half an hour and the planchette didn't even twitch. I decided not to include in the video as it was already too long. I think the livestream we did is up here on the members section somewhere though.

It was all quiet while sleeping. We did only end up with only 2hrs sleep, though lol. We had to have a nap in the car in a Starbucks carpark later that day 😂

Strangely, Kag found another coin on this trip... and again it was a dime. Maybe somebody is definitely trying to give her a gift or get her attention. :)
