I love his comment on cheating. A good trick i learned was from coach Dave Debol. He said when you get to the dot, complain that the other center needs to square up and point at his feet. While the ref is checking him out, move yourself into an advantageous position. They want to speed the game up so after checking the other center he will probably drop the puck right away. Obviously you can't get away with it all the time, but, its a nice move to have in your back pocket.

I have a lav mic but just one, so it doesn't work if there are two people talking. I'm going to buy another mic soon.

Wow that's an amazing opportunity to meet Primeau, glad to see your channel getting you some well deserved recognition, Jeremy. Thanks for all of the videos so far, and I look forward to seeing more experiences like these.

I just recorded it a couple weeks ago, although I did a video on my own with some faceoff tips last year, but it didn't have a former NHL player in it :P

Seemed like they were at a kids practice or somethings I dont know if that was a whole day affair. Seemed like he kinda just asked him for a second of ihs time. Not enough time to set up mics and shit. (maybe idk I could be talkin' out of my ass)
