The second D7 is actually a C7 isn't it?
I played over this with a nice thigh crunchy smooth distortion at my Mothers funeral a month ago. She always loved my playing So I sent her off with this. I felt it was moving and she would love to hear me over it. The licks were good I pulled out of it kind of shaky due to what it was that day. I gave it a title that day just for us there I said it was called I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU

I lost my mother, it is never easy no matter the age. My mother loved my playing too. That’s really incredible you got to do that for her in her end. Other people may not have understand or questioned why you were playing but your mom knows why. Her boy was playing for her. God bless you and your family and may she rest in eternal peace. This is one of the best backing tracks I've ever come across.
Just to clarify, this song is in Bb Major. Relative key to G minor - so the "G minor" pentatonic scale works here because it's basically the relative scale to Bb major - but it's not the key of the song. It's in the key of Bb Major.

@@TheRealBrockRoberts Gm sounds/feels like home to me; and the D7 sure sounds like it's functioning as the V chord; one could say it's G Dorian with a bVI with that Eb maj chord. Great track, and super progs on this channel!

There’s the D7, then when it says it goes back to D7 from Gmin, it’s actually a C7. Nevertheless, these are fun when it’s too late and loud for the looper. Thanks for posting.
You are right, man - it happens 1st on 1:36. There are other chords not written exactly as they sound, but that is not relevant. I'd also put slashes under the chord symbols. Finally, the track is awesome! I've been playing it during my practice for days. Thanks for posting!

Great track! I do however disagree on the resolution, as it wants to resolve to Bb, so this is Bb Ionian and has an interchange with Bb Lydian (#4).

When the D7 is shown in the circle it is actually a C7. Anyways, still a good sounding jam track. I like to use different scales for the dominant 7 chords like Phyg Dom on the D7 and Mix on the C7. I also like to use chromatics sometimes.

En ese D7 tocar la menor armónica de Gm y cuando cae al Gm tocar la escala menor natural del mismo. También podés tocar un arpegio de D7 pero cuando cae en el Gm toca la natural o si querés la pentatónica menor

Yep. G Dorian is the F major scale starting on G. However, this banking track is in G minor which makes the scale mode aeolian.
