+Eric Kamlin oooh, that's a tough call. Casey seems to put more effort into having fun (effort in a good way) and succeeds. Tambourine Guy is just so in love with what he's doing :)
The drummer is so amazing. Look at his foot at 1:44, he's even tapping his back of his foot just for fun, while controlling with the front of his foot. That's insane to have such good coordination.
Could not agree more! This drummer is mind blowing. I've been drumming for a little bit now and have a little insight on the foot tapping. Obviously I'm not even close to his skills, but often I find my self keeping the beat with the back of my foot. It's like a subconscious metronome that helps to keep you on time.
And this, folks, is why we call it "playing" music. The sheer skill, joy and laughter these people show is infectious. They make raw talent and energy seem like just goofing around. I'll have to buy a hat so I can take it off in respect.
Couldn't agree more except the part with "raw talent". Most people couldn't imagine the amount of practice that you need to be a musician at that level, and oftenly people tend to say "oh they're so talented" neglecting the literal hours they put in every day, over years.
@@SpaceShrimp-rk4rt Practice, practice and so forth are it, but without that spark it don't mean a thing (if it ain't got that swing). Counts in music, plumbing, writing or even in metal fabrication/high end welding. Anecdotally, he is also extremely friendly and an overall chill dude. We met him by fortunate accident and he's got a humble and genuinely well-spirited demeanor. I sincerely love that dude and he deserves all the praise. Also performs ridiculously well live on stage.
lol, this is awesome. My favorite part is at 2:17 when Casey just doesn't care and let's the world know he loves Stacy's mom, and Adam comes so close to losing it he has to turn away from the camera. Casey just makes you love him.

He's such a happy man, I'm laying in bed in a shit ton of pain but damn if that didn't make me smile. His smile is contagious and his energy makes its way from studio to screen in a way that just makes you happy. This is what I listen to when I'm down. Thank you Casey, and thank you Scott. You two are what make my day.
You can just see that everyone enjoys playing together. :) Casey Abrahams is just such a sunbeam, full of charm and playfulness. The melodica is just great! And the drummer is just having a grant time. All in all, this video just always makes me in a super good mood.
Casey is a class act. He performed at an airshow here in Temecula today. 1 set at 45 min. He wasn't able to work in Stacey's Mom in the set. But, after the set and his team is tearing down, I ask him and he runs up back on stage and grabs his bass(yeah, the big bass) and does a quick rendition of Stacy's Mom with his drummer tapping on the bass. A private little performance for me with a few hundred people around and waiting. Thanks Casey! All the best to you!
I think I'm in love with the clarinet player - wow loved his style - as a wannabe clari player people like him inspire me.... to realise my talent is singing and not clarinet lol
The awesome thing is, it rly sounds like impro. His licks and stuff isn't always 100%, but sometimes 200% like in a real life session. Very good clarinet skills. Trained for like 10 years and could never pull that of!
You can't fool me Scott, PMJ is, more than anything else, a playground, where you hangs out and have tons of fun with all of your musical friends. All of your videos are interesting. Some, like this one, are almost magical. Thanks!
