Thanks for the tips Making a change into a habit has worked for me
We women beat ourselves up so much & have so many responsibilities, truthfully women make a house a home, plus the kids, making appointments, etc. it’s no wonder we put ourselves last most of the time. I’m now taking care of me with habits that work.
On another subject what are your thoughts about butter, eating & cooking with it?

You’re 100% right about all of that! I’m so glad you’re now making yourself a priority. ❤️ As for butter - great question. I personally love (and use) butter. Possibly it’s the French influence, having spent so much time in France. Have you watched my videos on the French approach to eating?

Knowledge is the key to food, nutrition, fasting and exercise like my ancestors did. I will out live my unhealthy friends who love cheese cake😊

Knowledge can't be the key. People still smoke, drink, and eat to excess, etc.
