@KimFosterMD I would say breaking habit I can't do it..this lack of confidence has prevented me going forward for senior roles. I can relate to the way you are!
I just found your channel yesterday and you inspired me to start intermittent fasting, which I’ve done all yesterday and today and I’m so happy! I’m now watching your past videos about IF and healthy living, the only problem is i have to turn my phone over or put my hand over the screen when you include images of sugary food because it triggers me to crave those foods. When you put the healthy visuals, that really motivates me to eat healthy and gives me ideas about what is good to eat. But the donuts etc are very triggering, so if you’re able to put more of the healthy food images and less junk food images, that would help me be able to watch your future videos without having to cover the screen. I’m excited i found your channel either way though and will continue listening! Thank you for helping me get healthy! ❤
