Had to laugh at this one! If I had known your advice from the start, I would be 45 minutes into digging my hole by now! :-) The desire for efficiency has his limitations!
I dug out 8 over two Saturdays and I’m old and fat. The concrete was soo thick for a couple that after digging all around, I used my feet to push the concrete while pushing dirt underneath and rolling it out.
Yeah, I have a farm jack too and it works on easy posts, but more often this guy has the ticket. Just get it done. Today, I had to pull out a double post. the first guy poured a post the next guy that rebuilt the fence didn't bother pulling out the old concrete, he just poured a new one right next to the old one. What a mess. My farm jack isn't working so well on this stuff!
As a fence contractor I know how to remove one of these. All you need is a pair of post holes diggers, a strap and about 20 minutes of work! Dig from 12 to 6 o'clock on the footing until you hit the bottom of the footing then wrap your strap around it and pull the footing to the area you dug and then pull it out of the ground and dispose of it at your local concrete company. Good luck 👍
drill a hole, put big concrete bolt.. put chain around, use farm jack

Or you can just dig and pry from 6 am to 12am
There's 3 minutes I'll never get back. You go ahead and break you're back. I have a farm jack
Tractor 😏
I'll allow it
I need an excavator and about 30 seconds.
Why would anyone use wood since the invention of concrete posts 😂
