Lots of times the tech installer will cut the wires off so you cannot see them but most wires will have 4 or 5 wire in the casing but they only use two for dumb thermostats at least that was my case when I installed the Ecobee

It’s been a bit hectic with the new baby but I plan on fully resuming the channel with regular videos in October! Lots of content to come
