So sorry you got Covid, it always takes so much out of you! Hope you feel back to normal soon. Look after yourself, don’t work too hard. Love your leggings! They are great fun! You always have the most ingenious tools, very clever system with the water pipes! Good spot for a polytunnel! 😘💕🌸

If nothing else I hope people watch me for my jazzy leggings life is too short to be boring ...on my plot I'm trying to do things that I get for free or for very little money so always on the look out or thinking new things up . I just hope the polytunnel will be okay where iv picked 😬 and lasts in a storm .

@@Sarahlottie94 Absolutely right! We always need to have fun! It looks like a good spot. Make sure you anchor it down well. A supportive wooden frame seems to work with a lot of polytynnels I have seen on RUclips. I hope it works out for you, as I know how devastating it is to lose one in a storm. We lost our greenhouse this way. We didn’t give enough thoughts to anchoring it down. I am sure you will find a way! You have great ideas! 😘💕🌸

Hi Sarah, Glad you are feeling well enough to get down the allotment, even if it is for a short stint. Does you the world of good. I have a large roll of the underfloor heating pipe but I tend to use it for lower frames for say my lettuce. I need to get my cloches better sorted for the alliums before March, and the allium leaf minor returns.
    Have a lovely week.
    Allie & Tricia 🤗

Absolutely agree with getting out in the fresh air when you have been ill and I definitely felt mentally better :), Allium leaf minor is such a pain so im hoping to at least have a fighting chance this year as alot of my onions had them last season.
      Happy growing

Great idea. Maybe use canes to stretch between the 2 hoops- would save fighting with the coiled pipe? I use wooden clotghes pegs to clamp y netting on. very easy to use, but need to use large ones with a strng spring, otherwise they can pop off in really windy weather. sadly Im couldn't hear much of what you weer saying when measuring out for the polytunnel. Hope I didn't miss anything important. I turned on the subtitles eventually, lol! Happy gardening

I have done canes in the past but found they puncture the netting ,sorry about the sound I'm just starting out and didn't want to spend on a mic till I know I will keep up with the recording, I have asked the family for a mic for my birthday or mother's day so fingers crossed 🤞

@@Sarahlottie94 aww bless you. I wasn't criticizing, just wanted to let you know it was a bit hard to hear and good we have subtitles. You are doing a grand job. Some you tubers do a voice over when their recordings aren't very audible or clear. Ah, yes, I suppose the knobbly leaf joimts around the canes would snag the voile- I never thought of that. Happy gardening :-( x

Great job, watched all your videos, wish your sound was better, please could you tell me what was the netting you brought from Ikea?

The netting from ikea is just their cheap voile for Windows. It's a pack of 2 for £4

Oh Sarah 😢 I hope your feeling better soon ❤️‍🩹. Bloody leaf miners they decimated my beets last year 😢, hopefully the nets help. Have a great week, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦
