  • Hey there, thanks for tuning in! This is by far one of my most crazy furniture transformations yet! From stripping old paint, to building a new base, and adding custom MCM style furniture legs from scratch to this piece, I had so much fun with this one. I also talk about myself and give you all the total time, cost, and profit in the video. Until next week, happy DIYing!

    Lovely transformation, you did a great job. My back was aching watching you lean over the drawers, think about using a workbench to raise your work up off the ground and save your back .

    Gorgeous piece and I hope you have tough skin. You are really good and you will always have people who decide that their way is the right way regardless of knowledge. You don't need a mask if your using a heat gun "outside". You are being very responsible
    I have seen tons of flippers post in way worse scenarios and no masks. You do you!

    The yellow dresser was absolutely horrible in my opinion. You made that piece into something so special. It will live on lovingly in someone’s home for years to come. Great job!

    Great job! But please, use respirator for paint removal with heat gun, paint can have really nasty fumes and better be safe than sorry

    I really like your videos. I just need help on how to list on FBM. How to describe and how to deal with people. Do you just take cash?

    • @DIYWithSammy
      @DIYWithSammy  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hey there I appreciate your comment. When I list a piece I do list it on market place and any other groups I have joined near me. You want to describe the piece in a way it will attract someone to it. I always mention the type of style cork or details such as natural wood or paint, hardware if any always say how many drawers there are and never forget dimensions because someone will ask and it’s better to have them ready. I have dealt with amazing people not so nice and many scams and you just have to take it as it comes. For payment I accept cash venmo or apple pay but really it’s whatever you have or are comfortable with. Happy flipping and good luck! 😊
