All the mercenaries are kinda bad people in their own unique way. *Spy* does evil things but shrugs it off as if it's a dirty world being protected by dirtier people. *Medic* has little morality and puts science first. *Scout* is a bragging young bully. *Pyro* is a sociopath. Sniper sees killing other people as just another job. *Soldier* is a deranged veteran. *Heavy* has a more soft soul, but still enjoys in mayhem. *Demoman* is a sad drunk who's already given up on the value of life. *Engineer* maybe perhaps the moral highest of the characters, as he just acts as if his machines are for home-defence. Although even there it's morality can be questioned.
