What he said about too much timing up top is exactly what I said to you when I first started tuning my camaro. When I reduced the timing up top it smoothed out the torque converter from kicking in and out or what ever it was doing that felt almost like it was shifting up and down. I hardly ever hear the tone change now.
@GoatRopeGarage So I have a 2016 Chevy silverado 6.0 2500HD it has a Gen 4 (L92) engine with a Gen 5 computer. Should I tune it as a Gen 4 or Gen 5???
leotrevino5410 i lost all confidence in these guys with these generic statements i wouldnt waste on it theres better training thats not nearly as expensive
Hello I really need help with my g8 having a bad lean spike on tip in. I have tried adjusting some transient fueling to no change. It is a gen 4 408 e38 ecu. I tried changing transient lmpact factor and nothing changed. I’ve tried adjusting fuel during that hz range with no change. It is currently on Maf only and I am at a loss. On tip in it spikes to 29.xxxx and then drops. The entire occurrence takes roughly .2-.4 seconds. And I turned off desoot mode. Please help.
Hey, I’ve been having problems with my mpvi3 hopefully you have some experience with. Any time I go to write the tune it fails and says “controller unlocker: timed out” the write failed so now my car doesn’t start. Any ideas how to fix this? I’m stressing
Do you have any after market modules tapped to your fuse box? If so try unplugging them before reading and writing. Plug them back in when you are done

Nice video, dude. What would you recommend Tuner school books for 500$ each or a class?
I wouldn’t recommend anything the tuner school does, check the link to elite tuned school in my description. Way more tuning training for the money.
