I got a condition called virtigo due to wrong positioning of my neck. Vertigo is scary, u feel like everything around u spinning in fast speed, and u got nothing to hold on to. And even the bed spins around with u.. Its a nightmare. 😔
It triggered when i did a hair wash in a salon, by leaning back to a washbasin. Doctors said the wrong positioning of the neck caused it. I let the neck and head drop back without proportionately leaning back my body. Actually im not quite sure of the wrong position, but i know something went wrong there. So i wanted to let u all know when u go for salons pls be concerned about this, search more and be aware. Also when u sleep dont let ur head drop down more than ur body. If u can Keep two pillows under ur head when u sleep u can cure vertigo, in case anyone of u already has got it.. 🙏

Cut your hair. That's the only solution. Indian girls are afraid to cut their hair. As a result they carry all the dry and split ends with them till they become very damaged. But cutting hair grows stronger and healthier. I regularly cut my hair every 3-4 months. Have not been having to worry about it ever since.
