Thank you for the question. I would make it actually more than that because when these heat up it melts the plastic material and you want to have a fairly tight fit. Then yes, a tighter fit would be better for sure I would experiment with one that’s a 10th of a millimeter smaller and then maybe one that’s perhaps 2/10 of a millimeter smaller let me know which one works better. I’m not sure. Thank you.
What diameter do you make the pockets? 0.1 mm interference fit?
