Red Velvet have one of the best vocal lines in Kpop! Wendy, the platinum blonde is the BEST female vocalist of this generation. Her range is the widest in Kpop.
The fact is that internationally Red Velvet not as popular as 2 other girl groups from Big 3 (Blackpink, Twice, Red Velvet) because their music is sometimes hard to catch up and SM tends to change concepts every comeback. They do a lot of concept like I can't even explain how versatile they are. You might find some of it weird, creepy, aesthetic, girl crush, cute or whatever it is, they're not afraid of trying something new which sets them apart from other groups.
If you react to more Red Velvet, don't be surprised if you find yourself saying "Is this the same group?!?" Every comeback is completely different.

Red velvet is undoubtedly together with Mamamoo one of the best Kpop groups that have an impressive Vocal line, Wendy and Seulgi's voices are at another level, the balanced rap between Irene and Yeri who also have a good vocal along with Joy who has an incredible visual. Red velvet is a complete band in every way, I hope we have them as a group for longer, Reveluv needs it❤😍

Red Velvet is one of the best groups in kpop history. Their discography is insanely good, so I'm really glad you're checking them out!
If you want to watch more, I recommend their song "Bad Boy", and the sub-unit song "Monster". (Warning: both videos _might_ cause bi-panic).
Some fun facts:
They debuted in 2014 as a 4 member group, but got a 5th member later
They had a "Dual Concept" to begin with, so their first sings were either cute/energetic/happy (Red) or slower/emotional/seductive (Velvet). I'm not sure if they're sticking with that concept any more though.
Since SNSD have been on hiatus and nothing has been heard from f(x), Red Velvet has been saving SM by being the only active girl group for a long time. (Now sm also has Aespa though, so maybe RV can get something of a break).

@@sarasacarra43 SM have had active groups since 2014 but SNSD are inactive as a groups since 2018 and now, they are working more in solo projects, Shinee has a comeback stage recently. But Red Velvet have been a very successful group because their talents and concepts for almost seven years. For me, Red Velvet and Dreamcatcher have an amazing discography.

Im a huge blink (BLACKPINK fan) but I love RED VELVET too, this song is phenomenal. Visual, lyrics, melody, vocals, and choreo are all on point! Fun fact, BLACKPINK and RED VELVET's are all close friends. They have a lot of interactions from the past music awards. Blinks and Reveluvs (Red Velvet fans) are also besties. ❤️❤️

If you want to see a cute side of Red Velvet, you should try Red Flavor or Power Up! Even Happiness their debut song (there were only four members at the time) where Wendy has a really high solo part.

Omg...I got the same reaction when I first heard this song before. And yes, I kept the song in a loop for weeks. It was just that good. It was so hard to resist Seulgi and Wendy with their falsetto. I tried to learn the choreo but I failed miserably. RV isn't even my bias group but here we are. My first comment on your channel.

Mm, yes. I really tend to avoid all those fights and stuff cause it's pointless. The idols, well, almost all of them are friends with each others while fans fight for who sell more numbers or are more "famous". I'm a fan of bp but also twice and both fandoms really hate each others so it's kinda stressful sometimes. One thing I hate is how women drag others women.
