First time I heard variation of this about 15 years ago, chicken, cajun spices, no garlic, maybe fresh paprika.. lots of cheese, and top layer black emmental..

original recipe you add milk/cream cold after mixing pasta and meat. milk/cream would have 1whisked egg in it.
