Dinner = vegetable salad or soup of chicken + dall

Aoa I respect you Dr ,you are like a mentor. I'm ready to accept your challenge but its really hard to think what to eat for whole month other than regular foods .we get bored of eating chicken tika or boiled chicken nd salad for whole 30 days.please at least give a diet plan for thus challenge to wit at least 2 to 3 breakfast, lunch n dinner ideas.
