you shouldve had added a final example for that very last math part... i still dont understand how to get the "k" of something and how exactly do u multiply that w the stimilus strength
For simplicity's sake, I understand why at 7:10 you show the x-axis as "# of books". In actuality, shouldn't it be something expertly confusing like "the logarithm of the weight of the books"? What do you think.
Plugging decibels into fechner's law seems silly. Decibels are already logarithmic. S = kD seems like it should be fine for sound strength D in decibles.
As someone totally stressed by my upcoming exam, the fact your voice gets super quiet randomly is filling with me absolute rage and it's not your fault but jfc lol
please improve your production quality! animations are sloppy and jumpy, audio volume is super inconsistent and drops at times making it hard to follow. same thing with audio cuts, theyre a bit abrupt at times. look into compressors(audio, not gasses) and make sure to cut your clips with a bit more space before the transients and maybe add some fades!
So basically if I go from 5 micro gram of #5 Rat Blaster to 5 Kilograms I get the same effect? You're wrong it gets me a ticket to the morgue where the ultimate high is 20° Below freezing!
Dude, you saved my butt with this. Thank you.
glad i could help!
ok science, I got an A!!! :D
You can also call the stimulus strength the "magnitude" and the perceived strength the "just noticeable difference" or "JDN".
"JND" just noticeable difference 😀
Was confused for almost 24hrs on this. You just saved me. Thank u bro
Thanks brother I’m reading his book now, I had an idea but you just made it clear as day, I just love how we can access information so quickly
Subscribed! Holy moly, this is totally going to be the channel I refer to for the entire quarter!
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH i was so confussseeeeed and you saved me and my friends! you're an amazing human being keep doing this videos!
Your take home point- The greater the stimulus is the greater the increase in stimulus required to detect change is actually Weber's Laww
Thanks man! Keep at it, you're awesome!
Well-done! Thanks for this clear and helpful explanation.
Great explanation, thank u!!!! and a veeeery cool way of explaining
Short, sweet simple, and to the point thank you :)
Thanks brother, for your easy to understand video.
Simple ,easy to understand help alot
Very good explanation 🎉
Thanks for this video man!! It's specific, easy to understand, and the examples are very good too.
Thanks so much for this useful explanation ❤❤
What a great video to finally understand this.
Great video explains very clear concept. Appreciated and respect bro!

I haven't even finished the video yet but damn that's a cool intro!!
Awesome explanation
great video, unfortunately is the background sound a bit annoying :(
Hey can u plz explain Steven Power law ?
Well explained!! You saved my life.
Why don’t you have enough subscribers though? I subscribed right away after watching the video.
What's the difference between Weber's law and fechners law
awesome info, nice visuals, and a clear voice.
The volume fluctuation, however, is very painful.
Thanks for your comment. I thought something was wrong at my end.

yeah, you're absolutely right! i tried to frame it as "your perception of the weight" instead of "# of books" to make it less confusing! :-)
Great video. Thanks a lot!
amazing! helped me so much, thank you!!!
why do all fechner's law vids have background music
Lucidly explained
Thank you so much, Sir. You explained it clearly and more easily than my professor. 😁
Wonderful explanation love it

Nice video, but why does the sound behave so strangely (sorry my english isn't great)
Great video!! Thanks a lot!! ❤

Story of my life
thanks!
8 sugars? 9 sugars? Came for insight, not advice on attracting diabetes. But great video!
what's your problem, dude? Triggered about anything? What the heck are you talking about.
on little correction - fechner is not pronounced with an k :p

so basically newbie gains.. why is that theory important btw
Wow my ancestors made this 😂
fechner is not pronunced with K and weber is not pronounced with v
