I have built many a custom speaker pods and grill sets over the decades. It takes practice, if you use a good quality cloth and glue (DAP Landau Top Glue) and some practice you will get the hang of it. I used a very low quality cloth and glue so I was happy with the results. Like my Dad said... Practice makes perfect. Thank you for the kind words. Cheers

I made my grill using quarter ply and a black t shirt 😂😂 now looks store bought❤
On a related/unrelated topic... I used old Tee Shirts to form pillar pods, kick panels and door pods.
