When I first made my own I felt the same way when I tested the frets, recently made a gh1 sg with mechanical blacks and omg it sounds so nice and I don’t even have custom frets yet
Hows the gutar holding up? Ive been on the search of purchasing a modded controller for clonehero. Is it an authentic guitar & then modded, or is it from a 3rd party & modded. Just curious.
@JareBear7 After a little over a year, the guitar works great! To my knowledge, i wanna say the body is authentic since it's the PS3 les paul gh3. However, idk if the inside parts are all oem (obviously besides the mech frets, lol). If the link in the description still works and the guy still mods the guitar, then its definitely a good guitar to buy for clone hero (and any ps3 guitar hero game you have).
@@GU_YT wow thank you for the response. It says its plug and play for consoles? Do you think I could just plug it into my PS5 & it would work right away? Or i would have to have the converter from RetroCultMods.

No problem! I want to say shipping takes around a week, but express (which is what i did) was around a couple days
