Unfortunately, some folk turn to crime simply because they don't want to work hard and honestly, not for a pittance of a paycheck that some work places hand out (and lets be honest, there are work places that are rrrreally cheap with their pay for employees) and find crime more lucrative. These people deserve the barest minimum of respect as far as I'm concerned.
And others turn to crime because they had no other options left available, saw no other way out and forward in life. Out of desperation. These people, they I would say deserve at least a modicum of pity and understanding (note, I do not mean approval, only pity and understanding, and I KNOW some folk would twist my words to suit their views) for having to debase their selves like that.
These 2 are clearly the former, sad sacks of wasted space that they are.
