    How did you create your app/website? Did you use a service and if so which one?

    This is very insightful, I have also been doing online personal training for clients since the Covid situation began although I have been doing it via zoom or FaceTime so its still a Face to face session but id love to get into doing it the way you do. Would you say the way you do It is better than working in a gym?

      Hi! Very cool! I would say it's better *for me* than working in a gym, but I know other trainers who still prefer working in a gym setting. For my stage of life, I prefer this way.

    Did you design your questionnaire or do you use a standard one. If so may I ask where you get them?

    • @HeresWhyILikeIt

      Hi! I designed the questions and used a survey website to house it. There's surveymonkey, jotform, and lots of different sites to use!

      Thank you! It's called Trainerize and once clients and I talk and set up a plan, I give them access. The app is free but access to their training plan comes after payment :)

      Do your clients have to pay to get access of your workouts through the app or only the trainer has to pay?

    • @HeresWhyILikeIt
      @HeresWhyILikeIt  3 года назад +6

      @@heron123100 Hi, while the app is free for everybody, the clients have to pay me as their trainer to get access to the workouts I design for them. Before designing a workout plan, though, I talk to the client about their goals, lifestyle, schedule, and more so that they get a custom plan that works best for them.

    how do i access this app of yours?

    • @HeresWhyILikeIt
      @HeresWhyILikeIt  3 года назад +1

      Hi! The app is only accessible after payment, but you access it through an app called Trainerize and once you're set up as my client, the app name changes to FitStyled. To become a client, you can go to train.fitstyled.com or email me at contact@fitstyled.com. The app itself is free, but the workouts through me as a trainer aren't. Hope that helps!

      Hi! It's called Trainerize and once clients and I talk, I set up a plan, and I give them access to their plan on the app. The app is free, but the training plan that's made within is the cost (like buying a package from a personal trainer in a gym, but all housed on a free app).

    Unless you can get online training for less than what a personal trainer charges it sounds like a big old waste of money to me 😂👎

      lol obviously it’s gonna be cheaper to train virtual than in person. I think that goes without saying 🤷‍♂️

      @@rebelsociety Hi there, I just came across your comment and I wanted to give you some information in case you were looking to go into online training.
      I use to think the same but honestly, online training can be more expensive than in person and it is much easier to scale. You can easily start out making 5-10K a month as an online trainer if you have the right framework and position yourself to stand out from the market.
      Hope this helps and if you have any questions ask away.

      @@alexcatalfamo5464 “you can easily start out making 5 to 10k a month as an online trainer if you have the right framework”
      Look I know there’s definitely money in online training, but that right there sounds a bit too good to be true, but feel free to elaborate
      I have a solid physique and a pretty decent instagram feed, but I’m still not sure how to capitalize..
      I sort of get the the idea, have a website/app, post high quality content and direct traffic to your offer via sales funnels, etc.. it just seems easier said than done but I’m open to ideas

    • @alexcatalfamo5464

      @@rebelsociety Yes for sure. So one thing to think about is what do you do or what problem is it that you are solving? If you are just a "personal trainer" who says "i train everyone" or gives a list of 5 different types of clients you train then your value goes down.
      Whereas if you position yourself as an expert in one specific field (let's say weight-loss for middle age men), and instead of selling "personal training" you sell "transformations/results" your value goes up.
      Websites, apps, big followings are great (and defiantly nice to have) but are not necessary to do this. From this comes your high-ticket offer and although your first 5K+ isn't going to happen over night (there is no get rich quick formula), give it 3-4 months of dedicated work and you can 100% be closing in on 5K or even 10K a month depending on your offer and positioning within the market.
      Sorry if that was too much but ask any questions you have and I will defiantly clarify for you.
