When I was a little smaller, I would always listen to the old version. It was so relatable with a childish strange wonder to it, it was so soft and was like a mournful stargaze. Now as I’m getting older and.. as I saw this version come out, it feels so perfectly upgraded with my newer feeling on the issue. It’s so calm at times, but then can ramp up so quickly to an almost rageful scream of pure pain, and I feel like that’s just- how it is for me.
