in my opinion, this song is about golden child syndrome. the necklace is figurative, too the child not getting enough attention (basically neglect) and the lyrics "screaming for more, your not enough" is figurative too the girl telling herself this because her parents dont love her, so she has too be better. this stuff is pretty common in real life. children dont get the attention they need too grow up healthy then get mental issues later in life.
@《Baka Berry》 it's where a child doesn't get enough attention from their parents so they need attention more than other kids but they don't usuallly get it

Here’s a little info on the song: This song is *not* about a yandere, it’s about a girl with golden child syndrome. She basically wants to be loved by her own parents. This is the definition of golden child syndrome: The phenomenon suggests that true love should involve an agnosticism around a child's eventual level of worldly success. It should ideally not matter to the parent where a child ends up - or rather, it should matter only in so far as, and no further than, it matters to the child. Small edit: sorry if I may offended anyone in any way or something, please have a nice day everyone! Stay safe ^^
So, in conclusion, Golden Child Syndrome is something that the parents of the child have, not the child themself, but the syndrome in the parents negatively affects the child.
People always ask “Is the person who made the subtitles okay?” or “Is my child listening to this song okay or depressed?” But no one ask if the creator of the song (Kikuo) is okay
Everyone talks about the starting bits but nobody points out the significance of the “gym confession” portion. The reason why it’s so important is that we’re seeing the golden child viewing her classmates as inferior due to this complex that she learned. She confessed to somebody, and through the learning of her parents that her top-of-class grades means she’s the best child of them all, and that she suffered to get there, her crush nor other peers deserve to say no to her, because SHE worked hard. SHE’S the good child. SHE’S pure. SHE wore the necklace and survived. Her peers did not, and she learned to hate them for it.
If anybody is curious about the captions, here's a explanation: All the captions were made in a custom caption file first, and then loaded into youtube. The type of file used here is a .vtt file and its around 17,000 lines long. That's insane
Easy, think of a gruesome situation, add words, take a shelf of drugs and try to make a solid pattern background (easier cuz of woobly) then close your eyes and press them so you see a pattern, draw all that and there you have it
And then there's me, trying to process the person who made the animation for love me, breaking things into pieces and waltz of malice can sing so adorably ruclips.net/video/1iC8RvcoI9g/видео.html
Me: Puts on captions because I'm not fluent in Japanese. The captions: *Slide to the left , Slide to the right, Criss cross, Criss cross, Cha cha real smooth*
Everyone is talking about the song and what it means, and I'm just sitting here wondering how the hell they did that with the captions, like I'm impressed!
pig face Here, I found this on google. The sickness of the good child is that they have no experience of other people being able to tolerate their badness. They have missed out a vital privilege accorded to the healthy child; that of being able to display envious, greedy, egomaniacal sides and yet be tolerated and loved nevertheless.

こんにちわ! 私の名前は Nina です I am trying to learn 日本. Do you think we can somehow keep in contact? Because I’m trying to practice with a native speaker. If you would rather not, don’t worry! I understand ( ◠‿◠ ) ありがとうございます!
Analysis: Yes, this song is about golden child syndrome but it's not the only meaning behind it. By the lyrics you can tell that the girl was probably spoiled by its parents so it started believing that she's the best, the most important, and everyone thinks of her like her parents: perfect. At 2:25 it says "Behind the gymnasium, my confession to you. Doesn't it seem like a lie?" means that she probably started liking a kid from her class or school and she confessed her feelings. The "doesnt it seem like a lie?" part was probably her thinking that the kid thought that he's super lucky for the girl to confess to her due to her thinking that everyone adores and loves her just like her parents. So again, yes, this song is about the golden child syndrome and it focuses on the girls view where the "yandere" part comes in. Everyone can have their own view on a song but we don't know the true meaning behind this one. Everyone can have any feeling to a song and thats fine, but that doesn't mean that it's what the song is about. To the people who poop their pants talking about how people think it's a yandere song while it's actually a song about golden child synrome: It is about both, a girl being spoiled and thinking the world revolves around her, believing everyone loves her. Besides: The people "thinking that it's a yandere song" for their animations or something, they only used a part of the song that when is taken out of context it sounds like a yandere song. Just because they made it look like a yandere song doesn't mean they think that it is about one
The use of Aishite instead of Daisuki is perfect in my opinion. Aishite is rarely used in real life in japan. It is meant to show very intense love and usually used for things such as a proposal or wedding or if someone is about to die. Daisuki is a less serious (but still serious obviously because it means “I love you” which is a very serious thing to say I think) way to say I love you or I like you. Although it can also mean “I like you as a friend”. Aishite is more commonly used in media than in real life, but in the context of the song it also fits well I think. (If you don’t know what the song is about, it’s about golden child syndrome.) Thank you for coming to my TedTalk Edit: I was wrong. Some lovely people in the comments have explained my error. Please go read them. Have a nice day.
Actually, aishite in this context is "love me". It can't be interchanged with daisuki. You're thinking of "aishiteru" which is actually what is more commonly used between family members. My parents would never tell me daisuki but they will tell me they "aishite" me. Don't believe the articles you read about Japan :p it is a robotic society but not that stone cold.
@@pleaseturnonthelightimscar9629 it is the casual version, more translated to I really like you. Dai in this word means big or grand, and suki means "like"
Almost every caption: Kalm Latin American: uses every font style there is. English: rather than using every font style goes totally crazy. Edit: Chinese: trying to be abnormal but is far from Latin American and English captions (this edit was inspired by @Kelvin Tan in the reply section) Edit 2: I just decided to listen to this song with every single caption and this happened: French: is just like me who is very lazy but suddenly out of nowhere goes full energy and then again switches back to lazy and enjoys thinking about her 2 second long lasting energy. German: same as French. Indonesian: is happy using only 2 font styles unlike Latin American. Polish: same as French and German. Russian: when finally got energy to go crazy the song was already at its end part. Samoan: HEY... Spanish: same as French, German and Polish. Vietnamese: kinda crazy. Edit 3: I never got 100 likes and now it's 1k, only one word, thank you.
“This song is about a girl who demands love and attention from other people as an effect of a cursed collar she wears. As she grows up, the collar's effect on her becomes stronger, making her end up feeling unsatisfied and continues to demand more love and attention from others, believing that the people whom she demands from are not enough. Another interpretation is that it is about a girl who wants love from her parents. Her parents want her to do well in school and do not give her the love she so desires. The collar she wears is a symbol of her parents' expectations. As she grows up and her body changes, the collar stays the same size just as what her parents want out of her doesn't change either.” Are you guys okay? This is a dark song, feel free to rant to me and I’ll try and reply to you. That’s the ACTUAL meaning to the song, and a pretty dark one. If you don’t want to rant that’s okay! I don’t want to make you uncomfortable! I don’t want other people to experience my trauma have nobody to talk to.
I thought the collar on the neck was like her brain saying that shes not loved so shes tried her best to get the people around her to love her but it ends up being depressing
I think this song is about a girl whose parents have high expectations of her. The collar represent those expectations. As she grows and gets bigger, they never change and the collar becomes a constant weight on her. The parents never tell her they’re proud of her, so she tries to get validation from others. When this doesn’t work (for example the boy she confesses to), she has a mental breakdown. It’s not Golden Child Syndrome because the parents neglect her and fail to pay any attention to her.
For anybody who needs to hear this song, it’s not about a yandere. It’s about a young, traumatized girl who becomes selfish due to influences from her narcissistic, neglectful parents. When she can’t find the love and attention she craves from her parents, she begins to demand it from her peers. She herself, makes narcissistic claims about how superior she is, but she is just copying her parents behavior towards her and actually has little self esteem. At the end of the song she comes close to breaking through the denial that she isn’t being treated/treating others normally. But ultimately chooses to hold on to the that denial, even when everyone in her life that she loves/wants them to love her, begins to abandon her because of said behavior. That’s how I interpret it. (Edit: No, I don’t believe that it’s golden child syndrome since golden child syndrome is usually a result of unnecessary praise and gifting. It doesn’t imply in the song that she’s being spoiled or is actually given the attention that she claims that she wants. Furthermore, it sounds like she’s being neglected. Her need to put down her implied love interest to presumably make herself feel superior, tells me that she is insecure. That’s why I believe she does not actually have golden child syndrome and just has a false ego used as a defense mechanism for abuse.
@Levi Da blocker? No it's not like her, Ayano's parents loved her but this girl parents didn't the song basically about golden child something I forgot

Here’s a little info on the song:
This song is *not* about a yandere,
it’s about a girl with golden child syndrome.

The sickness of the good child is that they have no experience of other people being able to tolerate their badness. They have missed out a vital privilege accorded to the healthy child; that of being able to display envious, greedy, egomaniacal sides and yet be tolerated and loved nevertheless.

Yeah, it's incredible
VOCALOID is a vocal synthesizer and computer software in which its user can select a purchasable "character" with a distict voice that can be manipulated to sing like a real singer.
Not every Vocaloid has an anime design, but, yep! Users have full control over the voice's realism, autotune, etc.

Analysis:
Yes, this song is about golden child syndrome but it's not the only meaning behind it.
Just because they made it look like a yandere song doesn't mean they think that it is about one
well said.

(If you don’t know what the song is about, it’s about golden child syndrome.)
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk
Edit: I was wrong. Some lovely people in the comments have explained my error. Please go read them. Have a nice day.
keda Thank you! Good luck.
Слава Україні thank you for this.
So daisuki is a cute version of i love you?
@@pleaseturnonthelightimscar9629 it is the casual version, more translated to I really like you. Dai in this word means big or grand, and suki means "like"

As she grows up and her body changes, the collar stays the same size just as what her parents want out of her doesn't change either.”
Are you guys okay? This is a dark song, feel free to rant to me and I’ll try and reply to you. That’s the ACTUAL meaning to the song, and a pretty dark one. If you don’t want to rant that’s okay! I don’t want to make you uncomfortable! I don’t want other people to experience my trauma have nobody to talk to.
its about golden child syndrome
Dang that’s really dark and it’s sad that it happens a lot irl
I just like to cry to this song every night whilst I think of ways I could kill my entire school 😃
It’s fun being the quiet kid.
Man that's dark what's more creepy is that it's night here y'all I'm gonna have nightmares

Oh shit, another "CAn wE jUst..." comment...
@@Dismnesiac Ah shit another nameless person with a black pfp......
Can we just appreciate the captions
That is a really good explanation of whats going on. Thanks, because some people still dont seen to understand whats going on.
