What they HAVE shared is that if there are too many people pulling a certain item, they will decrease how many people receive it whenever they deem necessary. So if you ever wonder why you have one week of great luck now you know why 😅 and other weeks with terrible luck, because they manipulate the %s when they feel like it
If that makes you feel better, you still progressed forward, because as much as 3 of your gear pieces became one with nature, ONE still made it to 22nd star and is out of the way, keep up the good work
This is what scares me about maplestory. I've been playing maple for many years, but I've never been to endgame. I'll usually make a character and quit by the time I get to 180ish. This ignition event I stuck to a character and I'm 1 level away from 250. I'm starting to notice how much grinding and dailies it's going to take to progress. It felt awful finally being able to kill chaos vellum and my weapon blowing up after trying to starforce it. I can't imagine how painful it must feel to boom those arcane equips after hours and hours of farming them.

The amount of times you failed though shoes is tragic. I remember during the shining sf event; i boomed 25 dom pendants. I was like there’s just no way I am THAT lucky to have that amount of misfortune. Then I heard about my friend who boomed 41 pendants. But somehow someway these shoes were way worse than that.
I hate how this game punishes players for wanting to progress further. Why is there even a chance to lose progression in this stupid game? This “kids” game encourages gambling too…
This is single-handedly the main reason why people quit imo. The progression in this game has become terrible. Unrealistic damage requirements as well in order for you to do anything late game as a casual player. Terrible meso making methods as well which is an issue seeing that everything that’s remotely good is extremely expensive. Sigh. What is maple becoming.

End game is every gear piece being 22 stars with as close as “perfect” flame and pot. So you can kill every boss solo except for Kalos. But by this point you’re also competing with with other end game no life/lucky players and measuring e-penis. While also being potentially know as the strongest person in your class but if you don’t have legacy items like badge then you will never be competing for #1 in your class since that’s easy stat you’re missing.

Personally, I think Maplestory is in such a horrible state and you'll have to either be a masochist or addicted to gambling to actually reach the end game. The majority of players quit this game a long time ago because of the unrealistic effort you have to put in the gear progression in this 2D 20-year-old game. This video shows that you could spend hundreds of hours in this rigged game and it could be gone to waste in a couple of minutes. How can people able to tolerate this? Clearly, the % in this game is inaccurate and being manipulated by Nexon. The only reason that I still visit this game every now and then is just because I grew up playing it and am back for the nostalgia. I genuinely miss the time when Maplestory is about exploring places with friends. Now it's just solo eternal grinding into a pitless hole.

End game progression is the worst part about Reboot. Let’s say you boom berserked 13 times and you get a Berserked every 1.5 years. That’s 19 years to 22 star. At least in reg server a late game player get can berserked/Eye in 1-2 months F2P and save up for 20* scroll to skip booms from 17-19.
Yea i learned not todo that. Work on one item at a time. If your stuff breakes on that item finish it first beefore moving to the next. If you break and keep going you hone break more the game has good bad days dont use your money alll on bad days for all your items. Once your gloves broke, you need fix those first and make it 22 then move on to next. You broe 2 items and moved on to next item rusking 2 item loss. Im level 250 but maple true knowledge is being meticulous, patient, and persistent. Some people get lucky like get all 22 in 100bill but. You cant play hoping yo be lucky gotta take it one 22 at a time if that booms you need to rework it dont push so hard for gains. If you fail 3 time at 30 you need to treat it like scrolling dont go fast take your time let chance be your guide if you spam too much its gunna land less so make sure you give it time to refresh. You dont need to be a places like that and bust domain lol it just freak out your brain even more. Go yo a quit house sit down relax and be focused that place you cant focus lol that map is trash too mush special effect go to simple place man. Places dont matter so dont even waste your time

Honestly if you're for the first time hitting post-200s I dont think you need to be starforcing to the point of booming yet. So thats on you...
