@@engineergaming3830Cassidy has been better than soj ever since the hotbox changes. and Ashe and widow are better if not played the enemy isn't running dive or if aren't running a very mobile comp. she's just very flexible and goes with most meta, unlike the other situational hitscan heroes. I feel like they need to look into her slide NGL.
@@SteveFard Her slide isn't the issue, the issue is the burst damage you get from railgun. The current patch is a step in the right direction but i feel like fully removing her crit multiplier from her railgun would finally balance her. It still stuns me that blizzard hasn't considered testing this change out for a season.

this makes no sense... Mercy has been hot garbage and she is TOP 2 in terms of bought skins. Characters like Kiriko and Sojourn don't get a lot of nerfs even though they are broken is because they have low winrates in lower ranks.
@@C-R. Mercy, kiriko most probably sells the most skin. I don't know if there any overwatch season where kiriko got no cosmetic, she gets so many cosmetics almost every season, Whether it's shop or battle pass.
My problem isn't with skins. Good for them that they make money. But Not nerfing a character because a specific community doesn't like nerfs is utterly ridiculous to me. How tf are you running a game and "afraid" to take actions to make game more balanced and maintain its competitive integrity. I just can't believe it

The OW Devs need to stop constantly beating around the bush and taking it easy on supports, especially Kiriko.
This was the first patch where she didn't get one small nerf and three unneeded compensation buffs (which is great). However, these nerfs are just not enough and don't fix the problems everyone has with her (Which, admittedly, is everything about her).
The entitled, pick-me, brat has already been meta for 10 seasons straight (2 years). I'm sure people wouldn't mind if she was "average" for at least a month.
(Just remove her at this point. Retcon her from the lore entirely. I don't care.)
She's practically a spin-off character already, nothing she's done has affected the story. Even ILLARI has had more impact.

her existence alone doesn't make sense because they tried to shoehorn her with the Shimada brothers WHO ARE 16 AND 19 YEARS OLDER THAN HER...AND SHE TRAINS WITH THEM. The brothers now look like preteens when they are in their 20's. LET ALONE HER PERSONALITY WHICH SUCKS and her abilities are very hard to play against, why does her suzu cleanse along with making them invulnerable and intangible? the fact that it HAD A BOOP for no reason makes this even crazier, imo the intangibility is superfluous, I'm okay with the invulnerability but no hitbox just makes things like doom punch or rein charge impossible. the hard stun removal is a good start but she still makes them intangible so if a rein shatters he still cant fire strike/charge.
@@carndela7032 doom main here. The thing about kiriko that pisses me off is the intangiblility suzu gives. I've lost count the number of times i've launched myself off a ledge because a suzu came from nowhere.
Supports in ow needs a revamp or the game dies simple as that
I play Genji. Ain't shit being saved apart from my mental health if I simply give up on this game while I wait for Rivals to come out.
OK, now just remove bap lamp and suzu immortality, get rid of the cheaters, go back to 6v6 and we are finally home.

Can’t one shot tracer but can fucking three shot a tank lmao
Especially In lower elos if you shoot further away, the first headshot will land; then shortly followed up by the other two. 510 dmg in under 5 secs
And to add ontop of that, if you pull up healing stats; I’m pretty sure you could headshot a pocketed dps and still kill with the second shot

Something that didn't get brought up here, but hinder is now AOE. The radius is small, sure, but you can technically get multiple people with it now, and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it.

Eh, it's only for 1.2 seconds, and it would have to be against two mobility centric heroes attacking from the same direction at the same time, at which point I don't think an effect as small as hinder will really make a huge difference.

Sam hit the nail on the head. The timing of the suzu change shows that Team 4 doesn’t care about our player experience or the amount of fun we have playing the game, but instead care only about how much money they can get out of us. They gave away the ghost right there. Damn.

As an Illari player, they fucked up.
This just puts more power to her pylon, which just results in afk playstyle for her.
What they need to do is make it automatically break with a shorter cooldown to make it actually a fun ability to use.

As someone who mains Kiri on support, seeing the nerfs actually makes me really happy. Now I'm not expected to cleanse all shatters, AND when I do play rein, I don't have to worry about a cleanse.
As a Reaper main, these buffs look ok, but it just really seems like a little somthing so we don't starve waiting for his rework that will most likely keep him a one dimintinal hero (plz give me mobility, I will gladly give up sime lifesteal and damage for agentcy based mobility.
They just need to revert hog entirely like he didn't even need that trash rework and i'm speaking as a hog main
I'd also prefer to go for that. Far fewer hogs in the ladder, no one complaining about him being in the limelight. One needed to be good at keeping distance for the secondary fire, kiting Orisas and Doomfists, using TAB in safety, landing the difficult one shots against Anas who don't think it was possible.
The gun is so boring now. I think at this point old TAB is better because it heals more every eight seconds, whilst this TAB isn't useful for tap mitigation, and outputs too little self-healing, especially through damage-role passive.

I think this patch is a huge W, my only real complaint is about the stuff that wasn’t addressed like it taking 16 blade swings to kill a target and you know, hanzo lmao
man i always think he has something smart to say but then he goes from "man i dont like orisa" to "This makes the Mauga match up with hog so much better" like it wasn't better already. And then he wants mei to be playable again.

the annoying thing with the illari changes is, that her skillful gameplay option got nerfed and her braindead sit in main option got buffed, the same applies to sym.... flanking on sym is impossible but i dont want to sit in main and charge beam on enemy tank (and neither does he) but dev team stupid as always
The hog nerf was huge for console open queue. He needed to lose health. I stg he had an 80+% pick rate in open Queue.
Mei does not need to be able to 1 shot tracer
4:25 she's a tank, she shouldn't be able to lose a 1v1. If she gets 1v2d she is still killable because the spread only effects single targets

Mauga gets hard countered by cover when he has to defend. Have hitscan destroy him from safety, and a Sig or Ori occupy him when he's attacking, and he can't sustain himself a whit, and his supports have to help either the Mauga or his four teammates, can't do both.

I can already predict that the devs are going to just keep microbuffing orisa until shes meta again. That character is able to counter most of the brawl tanks to a point where it feels awful. I hate 5v5 but when they giga nerfed orisa it felt like I could actually play other brawl tanks against her and it not be too miserable.
