I just realized how important it is to take pauses while speaking in English. If we don't speak slow & don't take pauses wherever required. We look nervous, even if we are not.
But with my 6 years of experience I won't take hire this guy. Moreover the way an interview conducted is very wrong. People ask straight away thereotical questions when actually working on a project requires analytical and logical thinking. That is why scenario based questions are highly welcomed. Even when I take interviews I basically ask scenario based questions in this way I can know how much the candidate can troubleshoot on his own.
HCL provides a terrible post hiring experience. As of now there are 50+ employees on bench with DFS line of business. Keep HCL as your last option, if you can get into TCS as fresher it's the best option other than Tier 1 companies like Google, Microsoft etc. FYI: I work in HCL as Senior Analyst.
No idea of freshers training, as per my information most guys are in support projects. Even i have seen few guys, who are incapable are also still inside project without removing them from projects. HCL is good at maintaining faith. Process maynt be according to your like but very good after assigning to projects.
As an interviewer, all I can say that work on your English... Reduce "ahh", "ehh" inbetween words...and in your introduction keep it short..no one is interested about your hobbies or where have u studied etc..keep it short and sweet
I feel work skills might not be major concern here. Its verbal communication, in India most of the people struggle with it. All the best for your future.. be strong and give some time to yourself daily
I like this guy, he is genuine also we can see the title so no pretending or over smart act but pure human anyways I believed you will be successful in the future stay honest brother. In interview you have to sit straight and no hands or no legs movement allowed. Interviewer also judges you on your behaviour, knowledge or from your posture.
They will select but they won't send offer letter 2 months over.. Before giving interview ask when they provide offer letter ..otherwise you waste your time..😂😂😂

Suppose your paint in your room crumbles so what will be you do, you won't bring the whole house down in order to fix that crumble paint, right? Similarly during college there are lot number of ways in which you can increase your critical ability. I'm from NIT and I know how we were trained, I joined a number of workshops, read white papers and architecture designing, internet is free you just need to know what to know.
Not everyone is privileged to study from NIT/IIT consider yourself lucky everyone tries his/her best in every aspect stop judging and start motivating people that's how you can show you are from NIT else NIT just wasted on you my friend. Peace.@@userx1782
