Everything can be described as being "pro-process"- the season, rehabilitation from injury, various players shooting mechanics, team defense, etc. Nothing about Hayes's criticism is incorrect. Embid just took the opportunity to to go after Hayes, because he was "talkin' 'bout my fam,'" as an excuse because he can't deal with the accurate criticism. Him bringing up his dad and son wasn't even malicious. Just typical juvenile sensitivity because Embid knows he's guilty of collecting $600K checks a gm and robbing the 76ers owner because he's NEVER took care of himself physically since he's been in the NBA!
