I've a question.. my toe stops aren't adjustable, but I want to change them to adjustable ones. How can I do that? I do not want to buy new roller skates... can you give me some tips? Thanks!

Hi! It depends on the plate you are working with. Some plates have a removable insert that will allow you to use an adjustable toe stop but most do not. For the plates without the insert, you would need to replace the plates and/or the skates. If you send us an email at: info@derbywarehouse.com with a picture of your skates we can help guide you on what the best option would be!

I can't unscrew the toe stop on my right skate because I believe the thread of either the toe stop or the plate is damaged. That's just the way I received my skates when I bought them from your website. I need help please.

Sorry this is such a late response! I hope you found help through our customer service, but I should advise you that manufactures usually tighten toe stops and make them feel impossible to remove when they send them out. It's to help limit beginners from having their toe-stops fall out. ☺️

Do toe stops come with the hex and the washer?

Usually, but not always. Most skate shops should sell them though.
