meee tooooo so annoying! I like my stopper on the 1st thread, now I'm stuck with a jack boot w/ toe stops that are way too long, and can't upgrade the stoppers from stock, and cannot put my toe caps on. sigh...
@@maggieparkhill768 yes! I bought a wrench with a longer, thicker handle for more leverage. The “tool” that is SUPPOSED to come with Moxi Skates is pretty low quality ( I have only received a tool for about 1/3 of skates I’ve bought)
My toe stops continue to come out. I haven't purchased any special toe stops, so it's still the standard powerdyne toe stops. I think I've tightened them enough, until they come loose again. I work out, I deadlift, I can do pullups.... I don't think it's because I'm not strong enough, so now it's a matter of why is this happening.....? Is it the toe covers? Maybe. But I'll keep fixing them until I figure something else out.
It does happen, especially as you use them, spin on them, etc. We recommend checking them before each sesh to ensure they are still tight. If you continue to have issues please email us cs@moxirollerskates.com for some additional tips :)
Hii i'm from philppines, and i'm hoping that you will notice me,i have a question if moxi skates are shipping in philippines and if it's free shipping?,i hope you understand it cause i don't know english a lot that's all thank you plsssss replyyyyy plsssss
Just email them, I've heard people who first started out and lost their toe stop because they didn't know to tighten them recieved free replacements after emailing!
It depends on where you ordered your skates from. If you order them directly from Moxi then you will absolutely get a tool sent to u if u call or email, however if you email a skate shop that you ordered them from then they may or may not send you one. ( even Pigeons skate shop!) That’s been my personal experience... but these freebie tools aren’t that great anyway. The crabtool is just ok in a pinch for the stock Moxi Lolly setup. You are better off investing in at Y4 tool ( for Jack Boot w/ PowerDyne reactor pro or neo plus setup) however they are out of stock usually. Lmk if anyone kind find the Y4!
@@valeriamedina1069 You might want to contact your skate shop. I had the same, and there was something wrong with the threading on the inside (avanti aluminium, in my case)
@@valeriamedina1069 :/ maybe you can consider getting a different plate in the future, and until then just using a nut and a washer like the Y3/Thrust plate does. It should work the same.
Due to a small technical error in our original video, we had to take down the video, fix and re-upload. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Can I use a adjustable wrench if I don’t have these tools?
For my moxi beach bunnies
my toe stops are totally locked in, I can't take them off at allllll :((((

I started adding blue loctite to my toe stops. Keeps them locked in for longer.
I’m having issue tightening them with toe guards

👋🏽hi!
Hi! I have the same kind of toe stop as Jay’s and I was wondering why mine keep moving after turning the nut all the way till I can’t anymore...👀
Hmm. Are they a custom upgrade, or standard part of your set-up? And did they tighten enough in the past?
@@l.a.k standard part in my set up and yes they did tighten enough in the past
