1950 Swiss Grand Prix: AI-Upscale and AI-Colorization Comparison

In these days full of spare time due to the Covid-19 emergency, I thought it would been interesting to see how well AI will work on old Formula 1 footage.
Here is the results on the 1950 Formula 1 Grand Prix at Bremgarten. The colorization process required a lot of hours of fine adjustments, especially
for the cars.

5° Felice Bonetto
Juan Manuel Fangio who started from pole position retired after 32 laps with engine problems.
Alberto Ascari retired after 4 laps due to oil leak.
