A judge Wednesday ruled that Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's federal fraud and perjury trial will be delayed for a second time.

That defense sure knows all the tricks in the book. And they’re going to use every one of them each time it’s time for trial. Sooner or later, they will be out of tricks and Mrs. Mosby will pay the price.
