I don't know why your video has so few likes because it needs to have more. A huge THANK YOU for making InDesign so approachable, I've spent several days with other tutorials and they didn't help at all but your video made everything easier. Huge thank you!

This is my first proper Adobe InDesign tutorial. I found it very helpful. I created a document from title page to index. Thank you for a detailed piece!

Thank you for this straightforward video. You cover everything I need to know efficiently and in a way that's easy to understand. I can't tell you how many times I've come back to this video when I forget how to do a specific task.

Hello! Thank you for your wonderful and exceptional video on how to format manuscript pages in Adobe's Indesign. I found it very beneficial and easy to follow. I had a question after viewing another video prior to yours, and you covered the information I needed to know. I'm publishing out my first novel, so I'm trying to learn every aspect of developing the book Cover and formatting the pages for the printing company, which saves money. I want to thank you again for your honorable and supportive video.
    Sincerely,
    Dr. Jim Morton NMD

InDesign I think will work better with picture books. Attributes are important. Thank you. InDesign does have lots of deviations. Thank you.

Funny enough I'm using InDesign for formatting and making the pdf for bookbinding Fanfiction and this is really helpful! Even though my bookbinding stuff is only for personal use lol

Hi Emma, thank you for this video! I have a question, though. When I selected the text of my book and pasted it on the first page, I went ahead and clicked on the + button, but just a small portion of the next passage was pasted. I found myself having to click on the + button on every page to get text on the next one (instead of the rest of text automatically flowing over all the pages). Is there a setting for this I could have missed? Thanks for your help!

Hmm, not sure. I think it should just flow through all the pages.

After clicking the plus button and going on the next page hold Shift key and then click. Then it will automatically flow the text

Hi! I just came across your videos. I am just getting into formatting and I am wondering if you have any tutorials largely surrounding formatting for e-readers of all kinds? I am not an author but hoping to get hired for freelance formatting and I have no idea where to begin with digital kinds of formatting. Any help is appreciated.

I haven’t - I ended up using reedsy because I had problems with the indesign ebook I created.
