sir is ckt mei rc ke saath capacitor ka plus point laga hai aur minus laga hai r1 resistor ke saath .jab vcc supply diya jata hai tab voltage rc se hokar capacitor ka plus mei jata hai aur charge karta hai iske baad capacitor ka negative se negative volt out hoga aur r1 ke baad to plus volt .capacitor ke minus point ko r1 ka positive volt mil raha hai .phir yeh Kaise kaam karta hai
