Ill remember this song till the day i die. This song was EVERYWHERE in 99 and then this mix came out and people were like holy shit. This song biggest strength it least to me is that opening instrumental parts where she does the li da di that sound could literally set a club on fire because once you hear that you know its time to start moving. This song is still strong after all these years if clubs still played dance music i could very much see this being played still.

Seriously, this song had EVERYTHING going for it - A beautiful singer with a lovely voice, sexy lyrics, a memorable video with the singing chihuahua, and it sounded very ahead of its time too (this sounds very much like the circa 2004 club scene despite the fact that it was from 1999). Still luv this song even after all these years doesn't seem that long ago though when this came out. I remember when I first bought her CD it was at the dowtown Disney Virgin records store before they took it out that was a really cool store they had rows of head phones and a display of the Cds for sale and you could listen to the whole Cd not just clips you could play the whole song before you bought the CD. We used to go up to Orlando in dowtown Disney and had lunch at wolf gangs pucks then we would go to the Virgin records store and buy some Cds also they had a second floor where they had this really cool 😎 little coffe shop and a balcony where you could sit out there and have lunch or grab a cool magazine or book fron there upstairs bookbstore it was a really cool place.
