Lyrics:
The common road seems just like a dream
It's a mystery to me
Fills me within when we're together
Oh, baby, can't you see?
I, I'd like to feel the passion
To the point of no return
I will be in full reaction
I'm gonna take you in my arms
You're taking me to the point of no return
You're taking me to the point of no return Видеоклипы

I have their songs in my phone and play them and other 80's songs in my office while I'm working
Haters gonna hate but as teens we totally had the best music on the planet in the 80s. If you were a teen in that decade like me you know the vibe

I totally agree with you best musics ever produced !!!
Exactly right!!!!

Glad I was a teen in the 80s

Let’s all jump in a time machine and go back to the fabulous 80s who is with me

The 80’s decade was so rich of music, lots of hits of all genres
Now almost everybody sounds the same and auto tune passes as talent. The worst part is that many are well overpaid.
HOLLA BOYEEE YEAH, BABY!!!
Well to be fair the 80s were coming from the seventies which a lot of people did not have any jobs so in the early 80s a lot of rock pop music just exploded in a lot of bars and scenes
Somebody else was mentioning that music had gotten overpriced
Yeah in the beginning when it was in the bars and elsewhere it was very cheap and reasonable for a lot of people to attend
Yes...it..was!!!
If you like pop or hair bands.
Exposed was what was around when I was a kid this is what you should be listening to in 2024 instead of Taylor Swift Swift
Taylor Swift has amazing songs in her discography. More than likely you haven't listened to enough of her to have an informed opinion. Therefore, kindly shut up. I love this song, but it is complete sh*t compared to some of Taylor's best songs. 🙄
My 80s, all who lived in this decade were blessed
Absolutely, the simplicity compared to today's info overload was totally real beyond just nostalgia
Had deeper mental space for some epic creative masterpieces, higher baseline dopamine of society
Sometimes I think about the eighties and nineties SO HARD. I actually start to cry a little.
Lightner445555555555 me tooo 🤪💯😂🎧🎼
Your not the only one! The 80s rocked!!! I miss it sooo much!!
That's the same thing my Mom (RIP) once told me about the 1940's.
Do you know the joke about the kid who's crying because he sees young guys heading to a party at night? When his grandfather asks him why it is that he is crying, the kid replies with a question of his own : "why is it that I can't do what those guys do?". And then kid looks up ...... and his grandfather is crying too.
At least you got to live in the 80s and have those memories..what are kids these days gonna think about in 30 years..about what fucking phone they had and video game...life blowing g right by them...but then again maybe they won't t be upset like us cause it won't be worth remembering

I was a very small child

Me too, having young hip parents exposed me to GREAT music

Foreal me 2
the songs then had unmistakable intros/opening riffs, bridges, a chorus, changing melodies, and instruments. There was some voice synthesizing but mostly for rare effects, not as much as there is today, and no digital sounds designed to be a 7 second meme.
80's music was great even grand but didn't slap harder then the 60's and 70's.Aint no way.I graduated Highschool in the 80's and miss those times but there was other great music before the 80's
I have to admit, I was not a fan, we used to like Rush, AC/DC and other bands in high school and still do. Then new wave in mid to late 80s and still do, love all of that music, but this song by Expose has a special place in my heart. I liked a girl who really liked me and we started to date, which went on for 2.5 years after that. This was one of her favorite songs and even though it was not my type of music, I recall driving to NYC via Lincoln Tunnel with friends and one of them playing this song for her, she enjoying it so much, smiling and having a great time, one of our first real dates and it was so beautiful and so memorable. We went our separate ways and eventually stayed friends from time to time, but something happened a year ago, at the young age of 51, she lost her battle to cancer. It was a devastating moment for a lot of us friends, but especially very hard for me, remembering her always smiling and laughing, dancing and enjoying life. I can't recall how many times I thought about this song, but didn't have enough strength to play it, until now. RIP my beautiful friend, and just know that you will be remembered through our thoughts, our memories and through the music that you brought into our circle of friends and my life.
What a beautiful way to remember your friend!! Thanks for sharing 😊

Being the first group to have four top ten hits on their debut album, surpassing the Beatles and the Supremes

Becoming the first all-female group to have seven consecutive top ten hits on the US Hot 100, second only to The Supremes
Number one single
Having the 1988 number-one single "Seasons Change" on the Billboard Hot 100
Socially-conscious lyrics
Receiving praise for their song "Tell Me Why", which addressed youth and street gangs

Winning a lawsuit and the trademark to the Exposé name
80s music sound more futuristic than music now 🚀👽👍
You didn't have the music industry flodded by soundcloud rappers that only know how to make a 2 bar pattern in FL Studio
I'm inclined to say that having much of a future was slightly less in doubt at the time. Sure, we had the specter of an extinction-level "spasm war" dangling over our heads until late 1989, but the "destroy from within" operatives were nowhere near as close to completing their sick mission as they came in 2020. There are people trying to get the January 6 gang to squeal on their associates (the September 11 gang, whose crimes were of the same spirit as the Birmingham church bombers).

Definitely the synth comes through and brings out that “futuristic” feel.

I absolutely adored Expose…… although it always puzzled me that they never had a hit here in the UK. I first discovered them after video taping America’s Top 10 with Casey Kasem. We’re talking way before the internet here people lol. The closest their sound got to being a hit here was when the Pet Shop Boys recorded Domino Dancing which was written & produced by Lewis A Martinee, the man behind the Expose sound
The whims of music executives never fail to baffle me.

Psalm 133
A song of ascents. Of David.
1 How good and pleasant it is
when God’s people live together in unity!
2 It is like precious oil poured on the head,
running down on the beard,
running down on Aaron’s beard,
down on the collar of his robe.
3 It is as if the dew of Hermon
were falling on Mount Zion.
For there the Lord bestows his blessing,

That is not one of the best or close to the best synth solos in the 80s. That was a simple, bland ass solo! What looney bin did you escape from?
