pen15 is criminally underrated and touching, im tired of people saying that it was "embarrassing" as if that isn't the entire point of the show !! they captured the awkwardness and anguish of being 13 so wonderfully well.

Such a good show, they nailed the 7th grade experience. Like Bo Burnham's Eighth grade, it takes you back to those raw overwhelming emotional times and sometimes it's hard.

My Canadian elementary school went to grade 7 and then I had half a year in junior high, grade 8, got hit by a car, then when I could walk again went to live in Utah with my dad, where I home schooled for half a year. Then I started at an American high school as a freshman.
