Jakob Lund er direktør for International Association for Human Values i Danmark.
Siden 1995 har han studeret og praktiseret gammel viden om åndedræt, meditation og yoga.
I 2000 begyndte han at dele denne viden med største engagement til fanger, misbrugere og fagfolk inden for dette område.
Gennem årene har Jakob og hans team hjulpet mange til at forlade destruktiv adfærd og leve et mere bevidst liv.
