This is a unique, beautiful place. I do love the built-ins throughout, fireplaces throughout, and the stones throughout. This is a very different place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the master bedroom and bathroom with the walk through closet.❤❤❤❤
I love modern homes and wish i cpuld live in one. All of that walnut cabinetry makes me drool. I'd love to re-do my kitchen to flat slab walnut. It's gorgeous.
Amazing modern house. The designers did their best and everything looks great. The kitchen is every housewife's dream. I would like to live in such a house.
Great idea to have the water heaters, furnace and electrical panels indoors. Nobody wants to check a breaker or tankless water heater outside, at night, in the Colorado winter!
Every time you show us your new all time favorite and we believe you !! I am following you fromParis France and a big fan of yourt enthusiasm and energy, keep it up.A bientôt !
Modern and sleek is not necessarily the style I would choose for my own living but this is done so well, so beautifully, and so thoughtfully that I am completely taken by it.
I love the floorplan! Personally, I would change the facade (a bit less ultra modern). My only gripe is you see the kitchen from the front door & foyer. A wall with a water feature (modern in wall fountain?) and only having the back hallway running the length of the house. What about a bar where the downstairs office is?
I’m with you, that house is magnificent. You keep improving as well. Please continue to learn the wood species and stones, and what all those finishes are called. It’s valuable info.
Love the tour, but mixed on the house. Breaking that laundry door paneling was absolutely hilarious. The master bath… why 2 showers and not 2 shi… toilets? The Starr home (your first uploaded but last toured with the amazing Master wing and lounge) holds my top spot of your home tours.
This is one heck of a house. There are minimal changes I'd have done. I'd get rid of the wine stuff. I'd really like to have at least a partial basement for a nice game room area. I'd like to have that pool with a couple long lap lanes on the back side. I'd want three garage doors...it could be made wider for a workbench and tool area.
This is a beautiful home. Lovely finishes. Ultra modern is one of my least favorites, but I do love this house. I do love several of the different home decor styles. Can’t say I have an absolute favorite though. Farmhouse is really close to being my favorite outside and inside though. Thanks for sharing this house with us
All the windows & glass are beautiful in these bigger homes but not practical for everyday living! I would need a full time cleaning crew just to keep them clean! Glad to see they have hidden blinds for privacy, especially at night! I'm more of a modern farmhouse girl, but it's interesting to see a different design and layout!
Awesome home & tour!👍🏿 I really liked that glassy exteriors & wooden interiors along with wooden entry 🚪door ❤ 1:12 ! The living space is nice ,7:13 especially that wooden ceiling 😃! Can you tell me what's the height of that ceiling? 1:19 $8.95million for the property, you told. Why it is bit more priced? What's special about the location?🤷🏻♂️ Also can you tell me how far is it from the downtown & what's the total lot size of it?? The home is amazing 🤩! THANK YOU VERY MUCH TIMOTHY FOR THE TOUR👍🏿❤☺!
While I find this home sleek and beautiful, it feels rather industrial and masculine for a home with kids. All those sharp edges and sleek surfaces feel more like an office building. Gorgeous to look at but I wouldn’t want to live there. Loved the tour though! Thanks
The house looks amazing. I would just have a couple of small issues with it. The master bath's tub faces a TV, but there is a shelf where your head would go. And also TV related and not really a house issue, I don't get TV rooms where none of the furniture faces the TV. I guess the owners don't care, and I could have it how I want.
It was staged very office like, maybe some warmer, softer furniture pieces would have made it feel more like a home. Love the windows, Miele appliances, and electric pocket doors though!
This is a MEGA HOUSE!! Really Stunning And Just Plain BIG!! Really Impressive Looking!! The Size Is Magnificent!! Timothy?? You Really Moved Up With These Great Estate Houses!! Thank You!!
Hallelujah a home in America that is different from the rest. Nice home however I wouldn’t have wood or brown anywhere. The rooms are nice but that kitchen, nah.
The kitchen island needs a nice size apron SINK. A sink off to side counter is a poor layout in the home. Lots missing in the decor of the home. Yes it's huge but layout is awkward.
Timothy...you are great at showing us super Luxury homes..but your zooming is making me so dizzy I cannot watch it...We love you brother...but thought you should know this about the video.. is it the wide lens setting? IDK ..?
Is it just me, or is the tv in the master bathroom mounted on the wrong wall? You would hit your head on the faucet laying down that way. Other than that, really nice house
I expected a lot more for the price but I enjoyed the layout. I don't like the cabinets. They look like particle board that you would buy in a box and assemble at home. I'm not a fan of the light fixtures either. I love watcing your tours though. I believe my favorite is infinity custom homes austin model.
Needs some peaks and valleys. To modern for me. A lot of the houses you’ve visited lately are to modern and basic. The insides are beautiful, but the outsides are lacking.
I wish you would have returned this camera or put a different lens on. It's claustrophobic. A wide angle would do the homes better justice. Thanks for walking us through these amazing properties, though!
That's too cold and modern for my taste, and too much separations everywhere. No warmth or cousynes at all. The only thing I liked is the energy savings things. 👍☺️👍
Yes, came to the comments to mention this. Definitely drop down. Would love to have seen. Unfortunately the floor plan provided was poorly done (don’t blame the architect/owner a bit - no need to give away all their hard work) so I couldn’t tell exactly what sat over the kitchen.
Never liked modern style houses. Too cold. That foyer looked like it could be in an office building. And the kitchen is my nightmare: so plain and uninteresting.
It's a nice enough house if your into the sanitarium vibe, but I am weary of plain jane contemporary homes. Granted, it's a lot cheaper to build a house without trim details, but without the character that accompanies those details it becomes a bland antiseptic environment. Contemporary spaces always feel incomplete and unfinished. They give that 'we ran out of money and couldn't afford to take that all important step of installing trim details'. Yet the price point never reflects the savings enjoyed by the builder. It's great for others if that's your cup of tea, but it leaves a bitter unfulfilled taste in my mouth. Just my opinion and definitely not my taste, but some love it and that's great. Everyone's comfort zone and what makes a home feel like home differs in one way or another.
Absolutely gorgeous home and just my style of home... unfortunately it's in Colorado...once the governor and leaders there get a spine..then I'll consider spending my money there.
For 9M dollars, there are definitely some design misses. Not having a more robust butler's pantry is sort of inexcusable. Some of the finishes and details are sort of ordinary, and the exterior elevations could be more resolved. The covered outdoor space is strange and dark, and it doesn't have ceiling fans for hotter days/circulation. I also would not have put that transom window over the grill area. I would have left that open/screened for even more air circulation, plus that glass will get greasy over time. The garage should have more storage, a hose bib, and a drain the floor. The back elevation is particularly ugly and feels ignored by the designer. I'm also not a big fan of the double island in the kitchen. The window details are also really ordinary. My expectations are really high for 9 million. That said, I love that primary suite closet and the coat room in the foyer, as well as the double laundry room upstairs. I also really like that long fireplace between the living room and dining room.
I usually LOVE an ultra modern home… but I feel they missed the mark on the second floor. The master suites layout is horrible. The 2 separate showers.. unnecessary. And the soaking tub has the TV on the wrong wall… you have to rest your head on the faucet to watch tv? And the open closet right to the left of the suites entrance. The first floor and back patio is really nice, but they totally lost me on the second. Love your video though Timothy! Wife and I watch all the time!
I'm not sure what the opposite term for "bang for your dollar" is, but it would be this house for me. Absolute overpayment for complete crap. There's not one aspect of that house I found appealing. Each to their own of course. It's obviously what the owners wanted, and they could afford it, so I hope they enjoy their lives there.
Fung shui is all wrong, from entry the stair trips everything, the compartmentilization should happen after entering the main space, instead you get distracted by the stairs then enter then kitchen, and have to turn right or left. The house cheated itself
Really ?no lighting in the cabinets in the kitchen for almost $9million. Also the office is too retro….no crown molding and the windows have no window sills- upper cabinetry non existent in kitchen, too open concept no privacy…..I don’t even want to go upstairs….thanks a Hard Pass.
This the most beautiful house I have ever seen! It’s all modern, and I absolutely love it!!!!
Love the brick and warm wood colors together. I also love all the natural light
Don't know what it is but this house feels so peaceful and relaxing.
it's the walnut
Love the exterior! Love the finishes! Love the net zero! Love the separate kitchen finally!
This is a unique, beautiful place. I do love the built-ins throughout, fireplaces throughout, and the stones throughout. This is a very different place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the master bedroom and bathroom with the walk through closet.❤❤❤❤
The TV over the tub in the master bathroom should be on the opposite wall. You'd have to recline against the faucet in order to watch.
Yes that was very strange 😂
This is definitely a one of a kind house and I love it. Gave me great ideas for when I build
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE EVERY THING ABOUT IT!❤
Great looking house for a family with children, nice modern appliances are included!!!
Thank you for showing!!!
Beautiful! Love it!
That is what I call a kitchen to cook in
This one is my favorite by far. I wouldn't change a thing about it if I were building it my self
The best layout plan to me!❤❤❤❤
Awesome property and awesome tour .... Thanks 🙏🏽👌🏽
That is a LOT of house. Great ideas. I love that they have an elevator in the home.
Everything is your favourite huh?
Great idea to have the water heaters, furnace and electrical panels indoors. Nobody wants to check a breaker or tankless water heater outside, at night, in the Colorado winter!
Every time you show us your new all time favorite and we believe you !! I am following you fromParis France and a big fan of yourt enthusiasm and energy, keep it up.A bientôt !
Really, really well built home. The material choices and fit and finishes were fantastic.
Tim, when are you coming to Florida?
Modern and sleek is not necessarily the style I would choose for my own living but this is done so well, so beautifully, and so thoughtfully that I am completely taken by it.
Absolutely stunning, I also like all of the tech and lighting
It’s beautiful! I don’t like real modern but it is very nice!
I absolutely love this home! I would modify the floorplan slightly.
Beautiful home
MAGNICEB
MAGNIFICENT!
The only thing I'd change is, the non basement. I would add one. I love this house
It looks like office space.
I need a nicer office, then.
I thought the same thing!
I think it's a movie theater/ game room/ kids tv room. It had a built in for a television, so it seemed to me. 😊
This is one heck of a house. There are minimal changes I'd have done. I'd get rid of the wine stuff. I'd really like to have at least a partial basement for a nice game room area. Love this home

Beautiful tranquil house. The houses you show are great for families. What about us that are lurking to downsize?
Kinda disappointed the automatic door didn't play the door sound when the doors open on the Enterprise.
Awesome house
Miele dishwashers are panelized and you open them by knocking on the top of the panel. hehehe
For $8 million dollars and 7,000 sq. feet, I would want more than four bedrooms.
Awesome home & tour!👍🏿 I really liked that glassy exteriors & wooden interiors along with wooden entry 🚪door ❤ 1:12 ! The living space is nice ,7:13 especially that wooden ceiling 😃! Nice design. Thanks.

Lovely but a couple of extra bedrooms needed.
Not another all time favorite 🤩
I think maybe it would be more warm and inviting when owners put their personal touch to it. Nice home though.
Nice home but it gives me like am at the office vibes
These weird pool designs though... How do you do laps with all that partitioning
It was staged very office like, maybe some warmer, softer furniture pieces would have made it feel more like a home. Love the windows, Miele appliances, and electric pocket doors though!
I normally watch mainly for the kitchens I really don't like this kitchen other then the double sink. It's a really pretty house though
Nice house .. but I can't imagine the future problems with the flat roof.
Looks like lights for a pantry next to the fridge
" Mee Luh "
✔️ The way I remember it, rhymes with Sheila.
I would definitely change the kitchen. It is very cold! It feels like an institution
This is a MEGA HOUSE!! Really Stunning And Just Plain BIG!! Really Impressive Looking!! The Size Is Magnificent!! Timothy?? You Really Moved Up With These Great Estate Houses!! Thank You!!
Who is the builder
Hallelujah a home in America that is different from the rest. Nice home however I wouldn’t have wood or brown anywhere. The rooms are nice but that kitchen, nah.

It is beautiful and well done!! But not my style as it is too sterile. The finishes are stunning and high quality!
Is it just me, or is the tv in the master bathroom mounted on the wrong wall? You would hit your head on the faucet laying down that way. Other than that, really nice house

sold
Shower tray is pebble print tiles. 🙄❤️
This is the best home you have toured. I could move in and wouldn't change a thing about it. ❤❤❤ it
Needs some peaks and valleys. To modern for me. A lot of the houses you’ve visited lately are to modern and basic. The insides are beautiful, but the outsides are lacking.

I'll pass. Not my cup of tea.
What kind of tea do you like
A little too spartan/modern for me.
The stone was beautiful but closed in with too many textiles and nothing flows. But everyone has different tastes.
Would rather have a main floor master than 2 lingrooms
Not for 8 million but I could work with it.
Love the ample counter space for folding in the laundry! 🧺 Net zero is pretty cool too…
Are you crazy! 8.9 mill for this? Q sliding glass door in the house and those cheap garage door tracks visible from the front/ride side elevation
Beautiful home NOT WORTH 8 MILLIONS!!! Maybe 2 or 3
That's too cold and modern for my taste, and too much separations everywhere. No warmth or cousynes at all. The only thing I liked is the energy savings things. 👍☺️👍
if I was a Billionaire I'd buy it
Nice home, not my taste. Question, over the stove, is that a drop down exhaust system?
Yes, came to the comments to mention this. Definitely drop down. Would love to have seen. Unfortunately the floor plan provided was poorly done (don’t blame the architect/owner a bit - no need to give away all their hard work) so I couldn’t tell exactly what sat over the kitchen.
Really nice though equally really not for me!
Not a fan at all. Cold to me. I like knows on cabinets, no wine thing. Just not feeling it, but appreciate you showing it.
> Biofuel fireplace
Great. Always wanted me house to smell like french fries and burning garbage.
8mil no basement? Nah
This home needs a groove pit
Never liked modern style houses. Too cold. That foyer looked like it could be in an office building. And the kitchen is my nightmare: so plain and uninteresting.
I find it cold and sterile 1:50

It's pronounced Mee lay. Not may lay.
Absolutely gorgeous home and just my style of home... unfortunately it's in Colorado...once the governor and leaders there get a spine..then I'll consider spending my money there.

Very corporate feeling, not very homey
I am not an ultra modern fan. These houses are soul less to me. The lines are sleek and hard. Not warm and inviting

Souless.
Cool, but way too modern for me. Doesn't feel homey. Kinda feels like I'm walking into a country clubhouse building or something.
Too bad that Colorado turned into Mexico 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
