The Landings specially at night in the middle of the ocean 50 autonomous drone ship rocking back and forth and hitting it on the X is even more glorious and most definitely a harder capability to achieve not only for the rocket but the Drone ship maintaining its 3meter stability hold in the middle of the ocean even when the ocean is calm the ocean is never really calm. Especially watching it from the point of view of the first stage booster itself. Also it is going a lot faster then these two side boosters that returned home on a solid ground. It's sonic boom. You should find a video about 600k view. There is a debate about it. One of those guys worked for SpaceX and the other guy talked to SpaceX's member. There are actually three sonic boom at the same time (not one) which are created by grid-fin, leg deployment and transonic.

That's not how sound works... for example the shuttle flying supersonic at 50,000 ft would only. Produce a sonic boom cone 50 miles... a sonic boom can only be heard 1 mile for every 1000ft of altitude. So in fact it produced more than 1 sonic boom everyone just heard it at different times.

The boom is a sonic boom, they use one Merlin engine to land, but the speed drops when entering the atmosphere. It’s crazy loud and you can hear it miles away.
